Do not order from this company,I still haven't received my package and it's been 2mo now.. There's no number to call and talk to someone just email. So I've been emailing them and today I received a email that the tracking number they gave me was invalid.

If I could give zero stars. It took 3 weeks to get the item and when I finally got it it was a random alarm clock, not the visual timer I ordered. They then said it was an adequate replacement for what I ordered.... They finally realized it was not at all what I ordered. Thinking it would be over I checked in on when I would be receiving the correct item, to which I was met with more questions and having to start the process again. 3 months later and I am STILL going back and forth with them on email because they dont respond for days/weeks and then they wanted me to pay for return shipping to China before they will send me the item I actually ordered.... They are the absolute worst.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering what was supposed to be a Stanley tumbler. What arrived was a no-name / no-brand tumbler that was not only a different color but also dirty! As someone noted, the company's "about me" has a story of a mother/daughter pair from NJ who decided to begin selling online, but it must be phony. Trying to get them to refund me (email replies take weeks) because of the obvious false advertising but I may have to contact the BBB and credit card company to get it resolved. Just DON'T!! Stay far away!! Scammers.

Do not order! You will either not receive order or receive something completely different! Comes from China, tracking numbers are useless.

Terrible company.

Don't order! I ordered something for christmas....never made it in time and when it did it was complete junk. I have received at least one email a day from them (advertising) but no response to my customer inquiry. Luckily it was only $16.99. Wish I had read the reviews first. Can only get off the mailing list by sending a letter to the company in Canada. My guess is that still wouldn't do it.

Paid for 4 sets of cutlery, waited one month for delivery but only received one. No response from emails sent to company.

I have the same story, thought I was a smart shopper but was scammed like everyone else. Site looks legit, but it’s a sham. Nonexistent customer service, fake tracking numbers and just an absolute joke. Don’t give them your money, you’ll never see it again! Should have done my homework and read some reviews.

Got my order in 2 months. I ordered a Harry Potter rolling pin and received a cheap bad quality Christmas rolling pin. Tracking number emails lead to sketchy Asian websites. Do not order from here. The website looks legit but it’s a scam.

Unfortunately my story is the same, ordered products, paid for "expedited shipping," and never received my order #29915. Multiple emails to their contact address are either ignored or replied to with false tracking information. Can anyone please HELP?!!

It took over a month to receive a Frier that is actually dangerous to use. Tried contacting seller as they have an email for returns but they do not reply.

Like everyone else, I should have done my research. The company is a sham. The story is fake, the customer service nonexistent and the tracking number is useless.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! This "company" is HORRIBLE!!!! I emailed them trying to make a return. They always replied with "please tell us why you are returning the item" and I would respond but that is as far as I got. FOUR times!!! I finally gave up! DO NOT ORDER FROM RHEM!!!

I agree with all reviews written so far. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they take your money and that's the end of it. They never give you what your purchased or give you a refund. They also go under the name of "ZENDESK.COM". DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.

Hello everyone, THIS IS A WARNING! Do not ever purchase anything from BAKEEVERYTHING.COM! They are the absolutely worst company I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. I made a purchase for my wife for Christmas in mid-November. They immediately took my money and a few days later I got tracking information. Christmas came and went and the shipping never changed from, “carrier is awaiting package.” I contacted them several times via email and each time it took them weeks to respond with a system generated message. Despite these messages, and getting new shipping information, I did not receive the items. Finally I asked for my money back and purchased the same items from Amazon for substantially less. Again, it took them weeks to respond and they refused to give me a refund because, “the items have already shipped.” A few days later I got a third set of shipping information and a few days after that it started tracking. I got the items and they were crap quality compared to what I got from Amazon at a fraction of the price. Bottom line:

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!

They have false advertising and the product is nothing like shown on their website. I have been trying to reach them and sent multiple emails but i get the same automated response. It is a FAKE company. Please do not order anything from here. I wish i had seen the reviews before making a purchase.

Ordered Jan 16th; contacted them after 4 weeks and no tracking /shipment info they replied canned response that it would take 1-3 weeks. Responsed that we were past the 1-3 week time frame- no response.
After a few more days I did new contact to tell them to cancel my order and ordered from Amazon. Their site does say no cancel of order after shipment, but they responded that even though they had no info on when it would be able to ship, they would not cancel the order or process a refund (they charged the full amount on the day it was ordered). I filed a dispute with PayPal and after a few days escalated. I just received notice of tracking/shipment....it is now March 10th. And delivery eta is another 3 weeks out.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Wish there was a way to leave negative stars. Lesson learned. Should have checked reviews. I have filed a complaint with ecommerce.com. This company is a sham. Don't be fooled by the website. They did a great job with graphics/story. Shame on me for being sucked in.

I wish I had known of these reviews before I placed my order. I placed my order on Jan. 5 and have received nothing. I emailed the company and they gave me the same automated information with a "tracking number", which makes no sense. The tracking information states that a label was created and the USPS has not received the product. I would love to report this to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm not sure I can as this company appears to be located in China. I expect that I, too, have lost my money and will not be getting a refund.

Stole my money. Not even a real company. Fake products. Fake tracking numbers. Fake everything. It is criminal they are allowed to operate this website. Took 30 dollars from me. Emailed to cancel my order they responded with fake tracking number. Never arrived and I ordered on December 16th it’s now February 14th. Please stay away from this site!!

My wife ordered from this company 1st week of December 2020 . I have been trying to track the order but can't find out anything.today is Feb.10 2021 no finding order. they should be taken off the web. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY NO STARS FOR ME
