We just sold a property and have been really pleased with the service from Baker Ashley (Tanya and Michelle). I was dreading the process because the last company we used for conveyancing were a nightmare... but my fears were quickly put at ease. We found the Hoowla tracker app that they use very helpful as a means of always being up to date and being able to see progress, share documents and manage comms. Every time we clicked the 'request an update' button, either Tanya or Michelle were super-quick in getting back to us.... and they always seemed to be on our side and in our corner, treating us like individuals rather than just one of their transactions (one of our negative experiences with the other company). I highly recommend Baker Ashley on the basis of our positive experience.

We searched for a top rated conveyancing service when buying our new home. Moving from overseas to the UK, it was vital the company was experienced and had good communication between all parties. Baker Ashley came up trumps and our superb team of Tanya and Michelle made the whole process a breeze. Every email and call was answered promptly and we love the online portal where we can track the progress. The team managed our expectations superbly. Moving is stressful and buying is complex. However, our team at Baker Ashley made the process as smooth and stress -free as possible. Thank you. We don't plan to move again but will always come back to Baker Ashley if we need them. Selling a home is rarely just a transaction. In my case, this was tied into a divorce which made it quite difficult. Tanya handled the situation very calmly, professionally and supported me every step of the way with kindness and compassion. I was lucky to have come across Baker Ashley who made sure that we got it all done, in a good time. And it really didn't matter that I am in London and they are in Wales.

I couldn't fault the service provided by this company. They acted swiftly at each stage of the house selling process and were always available for a chat on the phone if any issues arose.
