Still cannot find how to get a hold of the balanced company still no box was charged again how in the world can you get ahold of them!

The box was wonderful. Customer service is zero! I paid for 6 months and got one box. Loved it! Then rest of boxes were cancelled by the company citing shipping costs were too high to send to me??!! I live in Canada. I have access to ALL couriers. ( this was in the spring long before Canada Post strike). They did not even allow me to pay for shipping. Just said: nope not sending to you! I emailed them twice! What peeved me even more is all these you tube influencers in the US who are unboxing and probably got their box for FREE to advertise it. Makes you wonder why we Canadians go elsewhere 😞😡

I trusted this company as I love the food and have ordered from them in the past.
I have paid a month upfront (over £500), the first week came but the second week hasn’t.
I cannot get hold of anyone at the company. No explanation of what has happened, which is extremely disappointing.
I wouldn’t order from this company as they are clearly experiencing issues.

So i ordered and paid for a full week. Delivery came on sunday night all fine worh food until
thursday. Thursday nights food didn't arrive tho and no reply from their number and after i emailed them i just got a reply saying we are not accepting new orders???? Don't worry guys i wasn't trying to order, and i never will again. I just want a full refund as this plan was a waste of time i only got 4 days food. no explanation no apologies nothing. Cheeky sods i find this very dishonest

Delicious food, good variety and nutritious. Excellent packaging means the boxes arrive fresh and ready for the fridge. I chose the Classic Menu Lighter Plan that gave me three good meals and two snacks a day. I have lost weight, feel healthier and saved much needed time using Balance Box. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Brilliant. Lost weight. Felt better. No cooking. No need to shop. Good customer service. And most of the meals are really tasty. Very impressed.

I really enjoy the food from BalanceBox, I've lost loads of weight and the customer service is excellent. I wish they didn't use dpd to deliver but apart from that, I've no complaints.

I’ve just completed a a 2 month 4xper week subscription and have completely loved the experience. I’ve lost weight felt full and healthy with an amazingly broad range of meals and snacks. As a fabulous reset for the new year I’ll definitely come back !

Balance box has made it so easy to stay healthy while busy and supporting my 80/20 lifestyle. The food has flavour and variety which I appreciate so I don’t get bored and saves me time during busy weeks to not have to worry about meal prepping or starting dinner late. I order the Classic Box Market size and it’s fits my life perfectly.

I have been happily enjoying Balance Box four days a week for nearly two years . I started wanting to lose weight and ( together with regular exercise ) lost 3 stone in 18 months ( with breaks for holidays ). Andreaa and the Balance box team provide the BEST customer service hands down. My wife and I live between 3 homes and it means we have dynamic delivery requirements. Andreaa makes sure we get our food where and when we need it.

Balance box makes incredible, delicious meals all really varied and super healthy to help when you're really short on time. Everything arrived well packaged and really fresh. I lost loads of weight, felt healthier and more energised- can't recommend highly enough!

I LOVE this company... I'm ordering for ease as started new job and needed not to think about what I was going to eat as busy with work, but now I'm thinking of carrying on. Food is delicious and nutritious and always tastes super fresh. Also head office are super efficient and reply to any query i may have.... highly recommended.

I like the food - apart from the soups - would be good if I could have an alternative for them. That said they are very nice I am just not a soup person. I have managed to lose weight fairly steadily which is good. Overall a good experience. Would be nice to get a voucher / discount for your 3rd month onwards to reward loyalty

Balance Box helped me to rethink 'dieting'. Historically it has been an all or nothing approach, using shakes or Atkins. Balance Box came as a wake up call in that there are other approaches, albeit this takes longer to see results. It made me appreciate food but to rethink portion control. I would recommend, the food is tasty and varied. The support team are also very friendly and efficient.

Ablsoutely fantastic, it makes dieting so easy and the food is fabulous, the chili con carne was the best I have ever had, much better than I make. Their homemade health bars are so good that I emailed them to ask if I could buy some for the future. It is also very healthy and the service from them is great. I tried another company who does the same but they do not compare with Balance Box. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to lose weight before my travels. Balance Box was the obvious solution; I have really enjoyed the meals and am very grateful for the snacks that keep me going through the day. I feel healthy and feel confident in my body! I definitely recommend these boxes!

Totally delicious food with lots of variety. Not sure how they keep the calories so low when I feel full after each meal! Very helpful customer service and deliveries always on time (or early!).

Incredible, nutritious, delicious meals and snacks - I’m SO impressed with Balance Box! Great variety of yummy, healthy foods, with plenty of plant diversity - very convenient after a busy day at work. Loving the smoked tofu / asparagus / tomato salad, and obsessed with the chocolate and almond cookies!! Perfect delivery and outstanding customer service - incredibly friendly and lovely team!! Highly recommended :)

Outstanding, rarely a company gets it absolutely right, Balance Box have , the menu, the quality of the food, delivery , customer service , price , love it , love it , love it ..
