Balance Box レビュー 

I've been a customer for a number of months now. When there isn't much time to meal prep between work, social engagements and other commitments, it's hard to eat right. Even working from home, my hours are longer so I really prefer not to spend free time cooking. BalanceBox solves that issue for me so I can ensure I'm eating well and losing weight without the chore of meal planning and cooking. The food is varied, delicious and healthy.

Balance Box has revolutionised how I eat - and this healthier approach is bleeding over into how I treat my body every day and how I cook my non-Balance Box meals. It's made a huge difference in my life, including the convenience of it all. For me the two small downsides are a desire for more variety if you're doing this longer than a month and a desire for less plastic packaging - but it's at least all recyclable.

FANTASTIC, DELICIOUS and FRESH!
From the very first moment that if was delivered I honestly knew I was in for a treat! The box was carefully packed and everything was labelled beautifully! The biggest issue I have is how on earth can I resist eating all of it straight away! You can tell it’s all fresh when you open it up, the fragrances are incredible. The colours, the smell and let me tell you the taste is superb! This is wholesome fresh and well thought out meals. I love to cook but throughout lockdown I heave just not felt like it x3 times a day. To be able to have this to order and break up the monotony of my dishes has been great! I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! It’s also very well priced! LOVE IT!

Love the breakfast! Best part of my day! Portion size is very good! Presentation is fun to look at and easy to figure out the boxes for each day! Packaging great and lots of nutrients- most importantly

Have been trying to be vegetarian for a couple of months now but was struggling to come up with good meal ideas. I signed up to the balance box vegetarian option and it has made it so much easier.

I’m really enjoying the food and think it’s something I will stick with.

What can I say, I was hesitant at first so thought I would give it and try and I am very pleased to say that balance box went above and beyond my expectations.

I can’t believe something that can be heated and ready to eat so quickly is that fresh and delicious

Fantastic company, amazing food, great service. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

The trail bars are a delicacy in my household and I’m constantly having to hide them as everyone loves them so much.

The highlight of any week for me is receiving my balance box delivery, but it’s even more so important to me now with the lockdown.

I already have so much to worry about and keeping health and having a balanced diet is completely taken care of by you guys.

Can’t thank you enough for everything, I love the food and will continue to support such a fantastic company who is there for all it’s clients.

They have sent me a spam text with an offer, but there is no electronic way to unsubscribe. The text just says to phone them to opt-out. On phoning them there's no answer from their landline. So, I'm a sitting duck for their spam messages. I wouldn't use a company that uses spam marketing - showing disregard for the law and for their potential or actual clients.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to in this instance. I want to thank Balancebox for restoring my energy levels and making me feel great again. I am only into day 3 of my first box but I haven't felt THIS good in a long time. I woke up at 5am this morning without lethargy and went to the gym! A really great and positive start to the new year. Thank you so much BalanceBox!

Great customer service and so quick and easy to use! The pre-portioned meals were filling and delicious (as were the snacks!), and contained a range of ingredients I wouldn't have known how to cook at home myself. I loved not having to worry about what to make for my next meal or whether it would be healthy, and it meant not having to go on a food shop, such a time saver! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.

Great customer service, you can just ring if there’s anything your unsure about and you get to speak to someone straight away! The food is fresh and tasty. There’s way too much packaging for my liking and it is quite pricey but on the whole I would recommend.

I received one week of food from balance box and intend to order more! The food tasted genuinely fresh, unlike other competitors I have tried. The delivery was at the right time as advertised and the general packaging/ organization of the food was great.

Really enjoyed a 2 week trial of Balance box. Food was varied, tasty and I felt full every day. Lost 4lb in weight over the fortnight. Gave me lots of ideas for meals I can make at home.

Very friendly customer service, in a casual one which was quite nice. Also received a response. Although they initially got my delivery instructions wrong, they responded quickly and rectified that.

Good food, freshly prepared. Calorie controlled. Portion controlled. Tasty, Easy. What's not to love!

The recipes were nice and fresh. And I liked the fact that all meals and snacks provided. However found the whole concept a bit expensive and I didn't actually like some of the meals.

The food is delicious, the customer service excellent, the price reasonable and the delivery goes without a hitch. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 is that the courier doesn't take the used packaging to be recycled as they claim.
