Balance Box レビュー 

Ok, so I don't really know yet about weight loss, as I've only had a 3-day experience so far, plus I never weigh myself. But I certainly feel healthier and with more energy already. I was very impressed by the delivery, the packaging was very professional, and recyclable, and the food, even for the 'lighter' option, more than plentiful enough and absolutely fresh and delicious. There's also a sheet to explain exactly what you are eating, for each meal. I also love the fact that the box is left by your door, or wherever you want it, by 7am sharp, no fuss, no complications.

Funnily enough, I was just telling my daughter a couple of days before discovering Balance Box, that if only I had my own dietician/cook preparing meals for me... which is probably why I jumped on them.

I maybe should have waited for more experience under my belt, so to speak, before leaving a review, but that's how enthusiastic I am about it. My next delivery is due in a few days and I can't wait. Thank you, Balance Box, money well spent!

Two weeks into my new diet plan I am delighted with the service and quality of the food. Breakfasts, salad and soups are particularly good. For my taste I would prefer dinners to have a bit more protein and slightly less vegetables.

Will continue with the food packs.

Really delicious food and excellent delivery system. My only comment would be they are somewhat inflexible around food plans/ type of boxes.
