De wachttijd was wat lang maar ze reageren direct en fijn op mailcontact. Producten sluiten naadloos aan op je lichaam. Ik ben super blij!

Is been 41 since I order a pice from this company. I have never heard any updates if I did not reach out my self. The patience is not there anymore. And now is been 41 days I don’t even know status. So unprofessional and not worth it.

Took payment for an item they never had in stock. Over 6 weeks and still not received item or a refund.

Order placed on the 6th September, it is now 17th October and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed my order on June 24th, with information stating that delivery should take place within a couple of days.
On July 6th, as I still hadn't received my order, I contacted Bam Bam and was told that they would ship it as soon as possible. I finally received the order on August 1st, more than five weeks after placing it. During that time, I received no tracking information or updates about the delay.

Unfortunately, the product didn't fit, so I contacted Bam Bam to arrange a return. They told me they would send me a return label, but nothing arrived. I contacted them again and was told that the return label would be sent to me immediately by email. Again, I waited, but received nothing.

Since the payment was made through Klarna, I registered the return with them. However, because they had not received confirmation that the return had actually taken place, Klarna eventually declined the return registration and I had to pay the full amount.
Ironically, the day after(!) Klarna declined the return registration, I received the return label from Bam Bam.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the repeated need to follow up, both for the original delivery and for something as simple as a return label, has been very disappointing.

I have now returned the order and can only hope that Bam Bam processes the return properly and reports it to Klarna so that I can finally get my money back.

Älskar Bambams kläder, Bra kvalité och har alltid fått mina saker i tid. Köpt alla de bodysarna jag har i varje färg, förutom långärmade. Så nöjd!

Gjorde en beställning som kom bort på vägen. Fick jättefin kundservice som löste mitt ärende och sände en ny vara som kom inom ett par dagar. Verkligen serviceinriktad kundtjänst 😍! Rekommenderar!

Jeg venter stadig på min pakke efter 3 uger. Pakken er strandet et sted. Har forsøgt at kontakte kundeservice, men kommer kun i kontakt med AI, der ikke kan gøre noget.

Everything was excellent. The delivery came as promised and the products, wow! I bought the things for my wife and she absolutely loves them (as do I). The material is so soft and nice and is extremely comfortable to wear. The design is just terrific. Love it!

Oseriöst företag. Skickar leveransbekräftelser men inga leveranser.

Although the delivery took a little longer than I expected, I eventually received the product and I can say that it was worth the wait. It fits perfectly, and the material is of exceptional quality. I will definitely be coming back to place another order!

EXTREMT lång leveranstid. Och återkoppling? Det får man bara om man aktivt frågar. Härligt företag som inte har några problem att ta uppemot tusenlappen från sina kunder, och sedan inte återkoppla på 3 månader angående leverans? Och be om ”tålamod”, erbjud en vettig kompensation istället! Kanske vore bättre att avbryta ordrarna, återbetala och gå tillbaka till drawingboard för hur ett företag drivs.

Am 5.03.26 habe ich einen Body mit Wartezeit bestellt und auch gekauft. Er hätte schon vor drei Wochen da sein sollen, ist er aber nicht. Wurde zweimal vom Kundenservice vertröstet nachdem ich nachgefragt habe per Email . Er sollte seit einer Woche auf dem Weg sein , die Bestellung ist jedoch noch nicht einmal bearbeitet . Ich hole mir jetzt mein Geld zurück. Schlechtester Shop wo ich jemals bestellt habe. Bitte bestellt hier nicht und erspart euch viel Ärger.

We ordered in Januari. Nothing delivered in March. Contacted BamBam and they first asked a little more patience. Still nothing and mails with restocking problems, administration problems, problems with Paypal store for paying back. Still nothing and don't believe this company anymore.
