Fantastic, just fantastic. Have ordered before & was so pleased I decided to go back for two more Olive trees. Spoke with Luke & he was very helpful, said they had a new delivery coming & when they arrived he sent me pics, which all looked great. So I ordered 2 from the photos & they arrived just now & my jaw dropped. They were way bigger than I was expecting and I couldn’t believe what I had got for the money. Seriously, if you are after something with scale, these are stunning value (£320 ea less 20% in October!!). And the best bit, the two guys who delivered them were amazing. The pathway up the side of our house was seriously tight and needed so much lifting and nudging and pushing to finally get both trees to the end of my back garden, and the effort they both put in was tremendous. I had no other way of getting them moved into position (very heavy) if it was not for them going way beyond what I could fairly expect. So a big thank you to all at Bamboo Kings, thoroughly recommended.

I was really delighted with the Eucalyptus Cinerea I purchased from Bamboo Kings, the quality was excellent as was the price. Their customer service was also 1st class which makes a pleasant change.

Ordered the 2 metre plus high olive trees in 45L pots and they were delivered within a few days and look great around our garden. Taken a while to plant but worth the effort to do all 13.
Only 1 was 2 metres, the rest were closer to 2.5 metres which was perfect for screening.
Excellent service and price.

I bought four large (huge, over 2.5m) plants for screening purposes and they are of excellent quality and value. I went over to the nursery to choose the plants. Lukey was very informative and helpful. It’s a well run, specialised, professional nursery. The delivery charge was reasonable and communication regarding delivery excellent too. I highly recommend Bamboo Kings.

First time I've used Bamboo Kings and my experience with this company is exceptional!
I ordered an Olive tree, Christmas tree and 4 Cypress trees, all of them were healthy looking plants. They where well packed to minimise damage. I'm really please with my purchases, I've order more plants from Bamboo King. I would highly recommend.

Delivery: The plants arrived bunched together wrapped in black bags and taped chucked in with a load of other random heavy duty boxes and items. These plants were 10l so undoubtedly stressed on arrival.

All plants received are dying - I have existing robusta planted and they are green healthy and thriving. Only the new ones from bamboo kings are dying see my google review.

I purchased a 1.80m tall Star Jasmine plant from Bambookings, and it arrived in just a few days, and in beautiful condition. The stems were long and healthy. It had been packed professionally, with a tough black special bag to protect the pot and stop the plant from drying-out.

This was in stark contract to the same plants I received from a major online supplier, that was shorter and packed with a cheap plastic bag. And it was the same price as the far superior plant from Bambookings.

So thanks! I will be ordering from you folks again.

Not heard of Bambookings before so a bit worried! I saw the Flamingo trees and ordered 3! I had been looking for ages!
The price was great! They were delivered a few days later! All boxed very nice and sturdy! When I opened them they were beautiful! One happy lady! Thank you Bambookings I will definitely order from you again!!

The delivery took a few weeks with no communication other than the company saying my two different black bamboos ordered (20ltr and 25ltr) were actually the same type but described differently by their two suppliers so would I like two 25ltr pots of the same one, which I was fine with. When nothing showed up I chase it up and they dispatched the plants which arrived about a week later, maybe 3-4 weeks after my order. When I potted them up they were topped right up above the root level maybe three inches with new soil making them look much fuller than they really were. I obviously had to remove all of this to avoid any plant health issues. So very unimpressed so far. I was curious though as to how big the actual (half full) pots really were. On checking it appears that the two pots were just 10ltr pots and NOT the 25ltr pots I ordered and payed for. Unfortunately I have now potted them up into new pairs and so won't be able to return them, along with all the associated agro. I would therefore suggest you avoid this company at all costs.

Hi Bamboo Kings, thanks for coming back. Apologies for not sending anything to you for resolution, I only just checked the actual pot size and realised it was wrong on the day if the review.
I have had to dig around but have found the order details which were, Order No 11165 placed on 22May and delivered 23April.

Thanks for the offer of a refund, unfortunately nothing has been processed as far as I can see. I have waited but no refund transaction has been processed on my card account. I waited and double checked my card statement and the monthly payment for a credit and confirm that sadly no refund has come through.

I have now received a refund for one of plants and did also receive an email this time, thanks for processing. Not quite the full refund initially offered, or a gesture of goodwill, but I guess about what should be expected for the issue that I had. Thanks

So pleased with my recent purchase of an olive tree for a friend as a birthday gift, she was delighted with the healthy vibrant plant. I was very happy with the safe and prompt delivery to Liverpool. Bambookings provided a 💯 service.

My plants arrived today, honestly blown away with just how amazing these are. Not only were they packed with amazing care, they were healthy bushy and so much more. Ive order more just because they are such good plants. So 5 and more stars for bambookings

I was scammed twice by this seller.
My advise is to stay away.
I wanted to buy bamboo that will serve as a screening fence in my garden and is non invasive clumping bamboo.
First they sold me bamboo that after 3 years turned to be some dwarf variety. They I paid £300 for the replacement but it looks like like nothing on the picture they advertised. Instead of dens plants I received something that has only few stems. I contacted seller but they are not responding.
Dear seller if you planning to replay here with some copy past generic response I suggest to read two messages I sent you on eBay otherwise I escalate this to Small Claim Court.

Here is my response to sellers response below since there is no option to reply to a reply on Trust pilot.

Thank you, Bamboo Kings, for responding here. I have been waiting for your response on eBay since the 15th of May. I am happy to bring this into the public eye so your future customers can have a clear insight into your business practices and how you treat your clients.
1. I sent you a message on eBay nearly two weeks ago, on the 15th of May. Why did you completely ignore it and only respond to me once my complaint became public?
2. Trying to blame your customers for the poor quality of the items you deliver is unprofessional, to say the least. If you list an item on your website, it should look exactly as described.
3. The fact that I tipped your team as an expression of gratitude for their hard work has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the bamboo you delivered. To be perfectly honest, hiding behind your employees reflects very poorly on you. As the head of this company, you should take full responsibility.
4. It is true that you came and dug out the plants you sold me three years ago, which turned out to be the wrong variety. However, please bear in mind that you originally sold me 4 small plants for a total of £59. What you removed from my garden had grown into 9 fully mature nourished plants. Now, you are selling those same plants on your website for £80 each.
5. You claim you could not have done more. I can suggest what you should have at least done: provide plants that actually match the advertisement picture. Instead, what I received was a version that looks like had been trimmed down by more than 50%. Having In mind you already made a mistake you should take extra care to deliver something that match the description.
6. Finally, please bear in mind that because of your mistakes, I have lost three years of growth and now have to start my privacy screen completely from scratch.

- Yes, missing messages from your clients by nearly 2 weeks is something that should not happened I agree. This may lead to more escalation.
- To save yourself more surprises in the future I would suggest to tighten you selling procedures.
- Saying that " as a good will gesture we still rectified the issue with more established plants" is not accurate. I bought this plants from you for £300.
- What time will you be here on Monday to dug out those plants. I assume you are referring to Monday 25th? Kind Regards

That was a refund for the plants I bought in 2023. The ones you have collected on 2nd of May. You made mistake and rather than refunding original order 11-09906-03613 you refunded under new order 07-14568-71069. There is still outstanding £59.6.

Changed my review, I never recieved my order sadly. It got lost in transit but according to Klarna my refund is on the way. Thank you.

Bought a large olive tree - online, questions answered quickly and more info supplied when asked, fast dispatch (same day - as purchase) - tree delivered on pallet - really secured and wrapped in packaging for protection - perfect and would highly recommend

Received delivery of 2 tall golden bamboo plants, absolutely made up, would highly recommend.
