Bambookings レビュー

I have just had 6 bay trees and an olive tree delivered .
They are all so healthy ,better than I expected and excellent prices.
Staff were really helpful when I was making decisions.
More than happy

This company is amazing! They pack their plants superbly, postage is quick & the Bamboo plants I bought (x6) were all over 6ft tall, green, healthy & with plenty of rootball, new shoots & amount of canes. Wonderful for instant privacy screening! Better quality, far taller & bigger than anything you'd get from the garden centre & for half the price. I was worried about buying Bamboo during November but once planted, they lay dormant & are looking ok 👍 🍃 so I bought 2 more! Thank you #BambooKings, your plants are fantastic & your customer service is above & beyond! 5🌟 sellers!

Informative and reliable - l was nervous buying online without seeing the bamboo, however communication was great over the phone and text, pictures were sent before l ordered. Good delivery time and packaged well. Would definitely use again.

I ordered 6 x 2m Red Robin. Luke waa very patient with all my questions! When I explained about limited access for delivery, without me asking, he arranged for van instead of lorry delivery which made it so much easier for me. Plants are healthy and as described and I would definitely buy again. Highly recommend

Purchased 2 6ft olive trees and 4 tall conifers, great items and really pleased, quick delivery and would thoroughly recommend company and excellent prices compared to other nurseries overcharging! Many thanks

Excellent all round, can’t fault anything. Communication great, helpful at the nursery and a fantastic olive tree to boot. Very good prices, quality plants. My wife was delighted!
Would definitely use again.

Excellent service and fast delivery. Plants arrived very well packaged and looking very healthy. Very good price too.

Received my green bamboo today one day early as well looks in excellent condition

Fabulous plants and fabulous people.
I only needed one olive tree but will be going back for other plants. Beautiful condition plant, no issues. Recommend

I recently contacted this company for two Red Robin trees. It was not their usual size of order, but Luke and his team were so accommodating and helpful throughout.

They allowed me to visit their premises and choose the trees in person, which made such a difference and meant I could get exactly what I needed.

It was a real pleasure buying from them. The quality of all the trees and plants they had in stock was outstanding, and my Red Robins are in fantastic condition.
Excellent service, lovely people, and great prices too.
Thank you to Luke and the team.

Bought on eBay , spent almost £200 on bamboo and recieved a bag of £5 logs . Seem largely uninterested , communication very low. stated they would post again then I heard nothing . Awaiting eBay taking action.

Very pleased with secure payment and quick delivery .would purchase again.

Highly recommend them plants come well packaged

I had a great experience from initial enquiry to delivery. I ordered 14 Photinia Red Robin for my garden hedge which were of excellent size & quality as well as 4 camellia all for a very good price. Luke was extremely responsive and helpful throughout and the Pallet company delivered them well packaged & on time. I would highly recommend purchasing from Luke's company Bamboo Kings which I found through Facebook Marketplace.

WOW ... value for money with Luke. I bought sight unseen over FB marketplace and thought I'd give it a go having read the reviews. I'm so glad I did, the olive tree for £100 is 8 foot tall and really healthy. I bought some bamboo to fill up a pallet and wish I had bought more. Luke even rang the delivery people in the evening when my delivery hadn't shown up by 5pm to see where they were. Sterling service, thank you

What a FANTASTIC team! I’ve been purchasing with them for years. They always have the biggest and best products and are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic company to deal with. Luke give excellent advice on the bamboos, plus we were able to go to the nursery and select our own trees. The plants are very good quality and were delivered to our doorstep really quickly. I would 100% recommend them and will be buying more from them!

Lovely healthy bamboo plants and excellent customer service and delivery. Great value thank you!

I have deleted my previous review as my emails were unanswered due to falling in their junk box.

Once this issue was known, Luke was extremely quick in resolving the issue and issuing a full refund.

Thank you.

Bought two beautiful olive trees for my partner who is creating a Mediterranean garden in our new home. Delivered as promised in perfect condition. Will use this company again, definitely recommended.
