Very efficient

I purchased term life products from Banner Life 10 yrs ago. I don't remember details, but know I researched price and reviews and felt like their offering was competitive. The application and medical review was handled well.

Today (3/2/26), contacted customer service for policy details and assistance getting online access. Call was handled expediently without too much of a wait time. Customer service rep was proficient, had quick access to policy info, and my online account status. Clear communication and all requests completed without fuss.
