Policy good, service bad.

Call center has live, friendly, and personal representatives who have unfortunately not been empowered or given the tools they need to do their jobs answering agent questions.

Quick Responses

My needs are quickly answered and I am able to move on with my day. This makes them less stressful to work with and more of a value. Time is money.

Extremely poor cash value on surrendered policies.

I had 3 policies with Banner Life and surrendered all three. The cash value was extremely disappointing on all 3. In fact I actually overpaid on 1 and ended up losing money on it. How is that possible? They didn't send a 1099-R on the policy I lost money on. I called so I could get an explanation of the transaction and was not able to do so. How can you have a policy for 52 years and not build any cash value? I had other policies that I surrendered from other companies that were worth significantly more than Legal & General.
