Too Expensive!

Paid way too much money when I converted a term policy into a flexible premium adjustable life insurance policy. Cancelled a few days before renewal with no pro rated refund. Wasted time and LOTS of money with Banner Life.

I always have positive calls with…

I always have positive calls with people from costumer service. They have always been able to answer any questions I had and have been very patient with me. You need a company that you can always get the answers you need from the service they provide this is one of them.

How you don’t have update phone numbers…

How you don’t have update phone numbers of your agents .? All numbers given wrong. My initial life insurance agent died and you initially are unable to find my policy or records. It took minutes y calls to obtain wrong numbers and still can not resolve the issue of which of your agents has my policy. !
