My experience with Banner Life has been extremely positive from inception to closure of my policy. Their representatives have been very helpful, always offering clear and concise information. I have not been bombarded with unnecessary communication (email, snail mail, etc.) or advertisements... VERY refreshing compared to other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others needing insurance services. Nice work!

Having knowledgeable intellect employees makes a big difference when trying to get clarity or resolving a problem.

The service provided, the professionalism and the quality of the technical support. Lisa walked me through the entire process and was very pleased with how it was handled and the issue resolved.

From the beginning it was a real easy process to get through the application and the physical at home.. they set up the payment process quarterly and the price am very happy with

I only had a policy for 6 months (paying premiums quarterly). Even though I updated my account information through their portal I was told it doesn’t update my payments which seems very odd, why else would they have my bank account information stored? When I was trying to work through the issue for a second time after I took care of it with their team on the first payment they took over a month to reply, terminated my policy and told me that it could be potentially be reinstated but they would review my file (1-3 business days) and if they were willing, they would let me know what my new premium would be.

Website would not authenticate me, phone call after painful virtual "assistance" dropped the call twice. Finally got Kevin who was wonderfully kind, but totally hamstringed by non-customer friendly systems. Forces you to pay with direct bank account, forces you to save your acct information (not cool).

Wrong information shared. Second call Same. NO Help

Very respectful and patient with people who don't speak English well.

Legal and General America provided me with the best policy options. Their kind and knowledgeable representatives kept me informed and made point of contact easy if/when I had any questions and/or needed additional information pertaining to my policy over its 10-year span.
