I had a software question and e-mailed…

I had a software question and e-mailed Baofeng customer support. To be honest, I didn't really expect a reply compared to other companies I have e-mailed for assistance in the past. Much to my surprise this was the best customer service experience i've ever received. Olivia from the support team got back to me right away and made some suggestions. Not only did she give me great advice. She also e-mailed me back asking if everything was OK. I would highly suggest purchasing any communication equipment from this company as you know, they'll be there to support the product, which is something you rarely see these days . Easy order

Olivia was a pleasure to work with. She answered all questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. 2 shipments a bit apart was awkward , but that’s cool.As far as the radio, I’ll be able to take anywhere and if it breaks, Olivia had me covered.

Five-star customer service

Five-star customer service. Baofeng is a brand you can trust and the customer service people ( Olivia ) are top-notch and keep you informed should you require their assistance. I recommend Baofeng for quality and customer care. I own 5 Baofeng units.
