I had an issue with one of my radios I ordered that came in a package of two. I noticed the issue and contacted baofeng’s customer service. They responded back the same day and helped me trouble shooting problems and was able to come to a solution immediately! Needless to say, I’ll always be a forever customer, not just for the products, but the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for you products and help. Definitely did not go unnoticed. Love from Arizona!!

Ordered the wrong radios by mistake (MY mistake). Support team member Olivia was very nice and assisted me in returning the wrong ones. The correct radios arrived very quickly. Thank you!

The customer service was great they got back to me the next day Olivia held me two days.

I originally ordered 3 items that shipped from China, and they came damaged. I messaged the company and they resent me 3 replacement items mint no issues. Thanks for making things right. Highly recommend

Following a problem with a Baofeng walkie talkie, customer service was exceptionally responsive, something we rarely encounter these days.
The information and advice given to me was very clear and allowed me to solve my problem.
In a word: PERFECT

Olivia in customer support group was EXTREMELY helpful in resolving an issue where my shipment was missing one item, a desktop charger. Within a couple of hours, I had a response to initial support request I submitted, and the next day a new charger was on its way! Very pleased with this type of service. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I recently purchased a total of 4 Baofeng devices, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience. 2 of the radios have worked flawlessly right out of the box. They are reliable, durable, and offer excellent performance for the price and my usage.

However, I did encounter issues with two of the devices. Fortunately, Baofeng's customer support was extremely responsive. They quickly addressed my concerns and directly connected me with the dealer from whom I purchased the radios. Thanks to their efficient support, all my problems were resolved swiftly.

Despite the initial hiccups with two units, the quick and effective support I received really stood out. I highly recommend Baofeng, not only for their solid products but also for their outstanding customer service.

Really a great radio, ubeatable for the price

I had a minor issue and the support people responded VERY QUICKLY!!!! Luckily I was able to solve the problem myself. Support was very responsive and positive.
