I completed the ICF accredited Business and Personal Coaching programme (162 hours), I cannot recommend it enough. It is a fantastic programme that combines theory and practice. The programme and those on my cohort helped me not only grow as a coach but also as a person. The tutors are brilliant and Barefoot are very supportive throughout the programme.

I recently followed the Barefoot coaching course, that paves the way for an ICF accreditation as it provides the requested 165 hours for ACTP. Great experience, excellent coaches, a very good balance between theory and practice, and a group of 14 peers that are still in close contact with monthly meetings and informal interactions, 4 months after our last session. Stronly recommended for anyone looking for the right coaching course.

Every learning experience & interaction I’ve had with the Barefoot Coaching team has been exceptional. They truly are experts in the world of coaching and they truly care for you as you learn and develop. I would recommend them to others and have done so many times.. the latest person being my husband who is starting the PG course soon!

I did a lot of research before deciding on Barefoot Coaching for my PGCert. I chose them for the ICF accreditation and opportunity to learn from practising coaches as well as academics. My experience has been beyond expectations. Great materials, excellent content and tutors and a fabulous alumni.

I completed Barefoot's Post Grad Cert Coaching Training in 2018 and it was a phenomenal experience. The content of the course is exceptional. It was intensive, and there was an excellent balance of theory, tools and practice. I really benefited from learning from a range of tutors and speakers; from their content, experience, delivery style and being humans. There was a real professional and person-centred approach. This provided an excellent foundation for new and experience coaches alike. I whole-heartedly recommend this training to people looking for an ICF accredited and University connected course.

I was drawn to Barefoot because of the maxim 'beware the man of one book'.

This open minded approach was reflected throughout the course and I felt I was able to develop my own coaching stance and style, while building the rigour of learning (and academic qualification) around myself, to support my ongoing work.

Investing the time and money in a course like Barefoot Coaching's Business and Personal Coaching programme was not an easy decision. It was a big commitment, and forced me to really reflect on what I wanted - for myself and from the course - before I pulled the trigger. I looked at plenty of other providers before picking Barefoot, and I'd encourage you to do the same.

What I can say, though, is that completing this course with Barefoot was a transformative experience for me (and, I am certain, many others in my cohort).

This is an immensely practical course - every session will have you coaching other participants and giving each other feedback, and building on new techniques and tools week on week. Because of this, I felt a real sense of improvement at the end of every week.

I've completed plenty of training programmes over my career, and I know that courses like this rely on one thing above all else to be worthwhile: strong, experienced, engaging instructors who can bring the material to life and bridge that gap between "classroom learning" and "real world practice". One of the real strengths of Barefoot is that the instructors you work with are actual practicing coaches themselves with an enormous range of experiences and preferred approaches. At each session there are two instructors (and over the duration of the programme I met 5 or 6 different ones), and I really felt that I was drawing from their experience and applying it to my own practice. The time spent with them alone was worth the price of admission.

This is a demanding programme. Learning to become an effective coach requires a huge amount of introspection, self-awareness, and a willingness to navigate challenging feelings. But frankly, I would find it hard to trust a programme where I didn't experience those things. I am a better coach and, I think, a better person for having done this course.

Barefoot Coaching has been known to me for over 20 years as my coach was a Barefoot trained coach, however I did my homework when I wanted to become a coach, Barefoot shone. The course gave me so much more than I was expecting. Not only how to be a great, very respected coach but the quality of tutors and the experiences the training has given me has literally been life changing. Since doing my Barefoot course I am a very different person both in business and my personal life. Their standard of tutoring and care for their coaches in unquestionable. Highly highly recommend being a Barefoot trained coach. Barefoot are also highly respected in the coaching world, which is now helping me gain work by being a Barefoot trained coach!

Incredible experiential course that brings together really diverse tutors and learners to do some great stuff. Lots of tools offered… learning pack is great… thoroughly recommend!

I have attended a number of courses over the last 6 years. The quality of the courses, the content, organisation and support are excellent.

Look no further! Barefoot Coaching is an excellent coaching training provider. The content and quality was exceptional as was the delivery. The ongoing support long after the training was completed was also excellent. I have recommended this training provider so many times that I’ve now lost count. Catering to all levels of experience the training will equip you with all you need to begin as a coach and their other workshops will also help you continue to grow.

I completed my PG Cert with Barefoot six years ago and cannot recommend them enough for coaches looking to learn the craft, build confidence and forge lasting friendships. Kim, Andy and the team have worked their magic in creating something that is much more than the sum of its parts. Six years on and I am still very much a 'Barefooter', a tribe that helps me continue to learn, grow and work on my 'edge' through expert supervision, insightful CPD, and lots of opportunities to connect.
