We collaborate with Housing Associations and provide Stock Condition Surveys, Internal Valuations and Shared ownership staircasing and resale Valuations. We work with Local Authorities including with their development teams on new builds. Annual asset valuations for financial purposes are competed on rolling programmes. Our teams work across a wide area with Surveyors based in Reading, Henley on Thames, Fleet, Basingstoke, Southampton, Bournemouth and Warminster. We cover Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Surrey.

So impressed with Bartley West
So impressed with Bartley West. We needed a retrospective valuation on a property and from my initial request through to getting the report they have been brilliant. They responded really quickly to my enquiries. The house visit was arranged and completed within days and the report produced just a few days after that.
Having made enquiries with other surveyors and not had replies or been quoted huge costs, Bartley West have been a breath of fresh air.
Basically, they're exactly what you want from a surveyor, professional, accurate and efficient. Rebecca, Peter and especially Hayley have been amazing.
