I am sorry to hear you experienced a delayed shipping time with your product. Our expedited service ensures dispatch next working day. Shipment via DHL Express Service typically lands within 3 working days. As your order was placed on Saturday, and Monday was a public holiday, dispatch on this occasion was delayed until Tuesday.
