Cleaners sometimes do not come, no communication from the company to notify us as such. Calling their customer service line keeps you on the line for >30min stating that they have a lot of calls. No call backs, no replies to my emails.
I've been billed 2 times for a cleaning that did not happen.

The cleaning staff are ok - some amazing; some awful. Quality control is not Batmaids thing.

Be prepared with 0 flexibility when you need to cancel/change; but 0 apology or action when they need to cancel/change. Customer service is 0!

Die Reinigungskräfte selbst haben ihre Arbeit stets gut erledigt. Leider war die Organisation von Batmaid eine grosse Enttäuschung.

Es gab ständig Wechsel bei den Reinigungskräften. Dadurch musste ich neben meinem 100%-Pensum immer wieder neue Personen einführen und alles von vorne erklären. Dieser hohe organisatorische Aufwand wurde vollständig auf mich abgewälzt.

Als es erneut zu einem Wechsel kam, wollte ich den Vertrag beenden, da ich längere Zeit im Ausland war und zudem gerade ein Haus gekauft hatte. Ich wollte den Service deshalb pausieren bzw. kündigen. Obwohl ich langjährige Kundin war, bestand Batmaid darauf, mir noch zwei Einsätze zu verrechnen. Jegliche Kulanz oder Flexibilität fehlte – obwohl die neue Reinigungskraft den Einsatz nur drei Autominuten entfernt hätte übernehmen können.

Guter Reinigungsservice allein reicht nicht aus, wenn die Organisation so kundenunfreundlich ist. Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Kontinuität und einen fairen Umgang mit langjährigen Kunden legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob Batmaid die richtige Wahl ist. Für mich war diese fehlende Kundenorientierung der Grund, den Service nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

I joined Batmaid because I was super busy and decided to try and delegate cleaning my home. Signing up was easy, and I was encouraged when I could choose the option "always have the same maid". But that rarely if ever happened. I always had to readjust to a new maid. And that was the least of my issues. The cleaning quality was shotty at best. I often had to re-clean after them. In addition, I had one lady break a family heirloom after saying not to dust a shelf. I had another lady drag a chair across our floors and leave damage that Batmaid says the maid denied doing so, despite me having photographic proof and will not process the complaint. I went with Batmaid to try and save me headaches and stress to clean my home and instead I got more hassels then ever!

Horrendous cleaning. The maid did not clean my bedroom at all (most important room by far) and reacted defensively when questioned.

Previous cleanings showed me that 3h is more than enough for my flat, so saying it’s “too dirty, it’s your fault” is not a valid excuse.

This is the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had and I can safely say I will not be using Batmaid in the future, I’ll look for other more reliable providers.

Finger weg! Unseriös und unflexibel.
Die Reinigungskraft war immer sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Unternehmen dahinter ist das Problem.
Knebelvertrag mit unflexiblen und horrenden Gebühren. Umbuchungen sind meist nicht möglich, da keine Termine verfügbar sind. Der Support ist praktisch nicht erreichbar. Wenn doch jemand reagiert, dann meist nicht lösungsorientiert.

I booked a cleaning session with them, but the person never showed and the phone number that was emailed to me was not in use.

I called the helpdesk, the person told me they would check what happened and I was never contacted again, no explanation, and when I tried calling again no one would pick up.

I will never work with batmaid again.

Je suis vraiment déçue et fâchée du service Batmaid. J'avais réservé un ménage de 5h30 en précisant que j'avais 2 chats. La Batmaid qui s'est présentée a refusé d'entrer chez moi et est partie parce qu'il y avait des chats. Je trouve inadmissible et incorrect cette situation ainsi que les conséquences personnelles. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce service.

Bien qu'il soit difficile de trouver un-e personne pour les nettoyages dans ma région, Batmaid a toujours trouvé des solutions. Ma batmaid depuis 3 ans est une personne de confiance et qui travaille très bien. Le personnel administratif de Batmaid a toujours été aimable et tout fait pour répondre à mes requêtes. Je les recommande.

Betrieb hat mehrmals abgesagt,neu terminiert....Geld haben sie vorgängig genommen. Nach 6 Monaten immer noch kein Termin.Ihre Mitarbeiter haben wohl alle Katzenallergie...Hoffe, das Geld wird zurückgegeben!

Ménage de mauvaise qualité.

Le service administratif est très au point. J’a toujours eu un rapide contact « d’humain à humain » en cas de besoin. Et, nous avons toujours trouvé une solution satisfaisante pour les deux parties.

Katastrophale Reinigung, Waschbecken dreckiger als vorher. Bilder geschickt, kein Entgegenkommen.

Mauvaise experience en y regardant de plus près. Menage de 6 heures . NUL. Placards pas nettoyés malgré la demande et sur devis. Ménage fait que sur les endroits visibles. Elle a tué deux produits complets pour que ça sente bon…..

Top Service durch Anna Maria, immer gerne wieder

Cliente depuis plusieurs années, je n’écris cet avis qu’après de nombreuses tentatives de résolution restées sans effet.

La qualité des prestations s’est dégradée de manière répétée : nettoyage insuffisant de la cuisine et de la salle de bain, surfaces laissées sales, travail incomplet. À cela s’ajoutent des incidents que j’ai tolérés sans les signaler systématiquement (ustensiles en bois mises au lave-vaisselle, casse de vaisselle, les torchons utilisés ont été déposés humides dans le panier à linge sale, propreté insuffisante après passage de l’aspirateur).

Malgré plusieurs signalements récents (5), aucune amélioration durable n’a été constatée. Les échanges avec le service client tournent en boucle et ne traitent pas le fond du problème.

L’entreprise se retranche derrière un prétendu problème d’aspirateur, alors que celui-ci fonctionne normalement lorsqu’il est utilisé correctement (vidé lorsqu’il est plein) et qu’aucune difficulté ne m’a été signalée auparavant. Surtout, cela n’explique en rien les manquements constatés dans le nettoyage de la cuisine ou de la salle de bain.

Mes demandes (résiliation immédiate, arrêt des interventions et remboursement des prestations non conformes) sont restées sans réponse satisfaisante.

Le dossier a été transmis à mon assurance de protection juridique.

Expérience décevante et perte de confiance totale.

Batmaid behandelt ihre Mitarbeiterinnen anständig und rechtskonform. Für die Niedriglohnkloassen ist die Bezahlung der Sozialabgaben wichtig und Fereienanteillund Pensionskasse auch. Bravo Batmaid für den Mut und das Engagement.
