Meine Reinigungskraft ist super! Aber bis ich eine gute gefunden habe, musste ich viele verschiedene kommen lassen.
Die Website mit den Reinigungsoptionen ist nicht benutzerfreundlich und hat zu viele Bugs.

The cleanings were ok but awful customer service.
The cleanings were ok, but customer support is unresponsive.
I don't blame the cleaners here, although they should be better trained and use the full time slots.
But I'm extremely surprised that when I try to cancel my account, my emails are not being responded to and charges are still in my account. It's been over a week with no reply from their customer support, which I've never experienced from any reputable SaaS or service provider anywhere.

Je n’ai finalement pas fait appel à barmaid. Au départ paraît alléchant. Mais dès que j’ai vu qu’il est prévu une chambre et une salle de bain pour deux de travail! J’ai abandonné. Pour mon appartement, Batmaid prévoit 5 heures. Alors que ma femme de ménage actuelle a besoin de 2h30 et tout est propre!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They barely reply emails and I believe that they have so many customers nowadays and so little staff that they keep changing the cleanings all the time. It’s becoming worse and worse!

Ich konnte keine Reinigung buchen, da sie laut der Fehlermeldung die nächsten 30 Tage ausgebucht sind. Ich brauche die Reinigung aber erst in 3 Monaten. Das lässt sich aber nicht buchen. Super Service!

At best average cleaning
At best average cleaning; while horrendous customer service.
They cancel more or less every cleaning but if you cancel they charge and when the cleaning is below par they offer a discount on the next cleaning. Awful customer service - it’s all about them; when they cancel it’s all ok and ”poor them” while if you try to cancel 4 weeks out it’s not possible

Que des problèmes avec la majorité des Batmaid intervenues, des choses cassés, endommagées, pas remplacées, du mauvais service. Aucune reconnaissance des choses cassées voir dédommagement. Stay away as far as possible as you can.

Rien à redire sur le travail de la personne qui vient chez nous, au contraire, elle est parfaite et nous convient très bien.
Mais, pourriez-vous limiter au maximun les mails de toutes sortes qui encombrent et me lassent.
De plus le système de paiement me dérange. Je préférerai une facture par mail qu'un prélèvement automatique .
