Lovely people doing such important work for animals in need, we rehomed our beautiful boy 2 weeks ago and he is settling in so well and is part of the family already. Would absolutely recommend adopting a cat or kitten from Battersea 10/10

I'm so happy to have rehomed a very handsome young cat from Battersea. The process was super efficient from start to finish, and they really do care that you adopt a cat that fits your needs. A full vet check, vaccinations, worming etc, microchipping, food, a few toys, a period of pet insurance..and no cat leaves unless they are well and ready. I can't see why you would go anywhere else!

Everyone involved explained and guided us through the process of adopting Sushi.So thank you to Elizabeth,Emily and Riya,who obviously enjoy their work.

Battersea staff are very friendly. And looking at the dogs 🐕 they are well kept. My new dog Coco is a very living and playful. But there are some bad points. We was told that Coco can slowly socialise with other dogs. But she is very aggressive towards them, and if she had teeth she would of ripped them to pieces

Super friendly and informative lovely bunch of people who truly care for their animals. Do your research about the type of dog you’re rehousing so you can both have the very best life. We couldn’t be happier with our rescue Lentil (aka Ducky), we are so in love and she is settling in nicely with lots of ongoing help to hand from the Battersea crew. I would like to know why it takes so long to adopt a cat from Battersea at first I didn't want a black/ black white as they didn't have what I wanted I decided perhaps now looking for black/ black white but I can't even go and look at them WHY don't you like customers looking at cats there may be a cat I want to adopt

We were delighted with how responsive the Battersea Cats rehoming team were, from first enquiry, meeting our ‘match’, and taking Bertie home with us.
We’ve been well supported and given loads of guidance and information to help him settle in with us.
We’re really happy to have had an opportunity to make an older, rescue cat a purrmanent member of our family! (Sorry… not sorry)

I welcomed Panther into my life in early October and I can’t recommend the service the team provide. They have the cats welfare at heart and want to ensure the best match.Panther had been so well looked after when I picked him up and I was reassured as the vet gave him a final health check. The team gave great advice to help settle him in and have kept in touch.

Staff at Battersea dog &cats home were so kind and helpful in our transition to rehoming a puppy. We recently adopted and had help and support which is on going. We are glad to have gone to Battersea for our new addition to the family. Thank you guys.

The staff were extremely helpful
They informed us that they would contact us within a couple of days to check how we were getting on and more importantly our new dog, an email was received as stated.
An offer of support for the future was reassuring, especially when you consider the time and effort that the staff put in for the welfare and care of the animals they come into contact
We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism shown by all staff we have been in contact with, which reflects in the service provided.

Battersea helped all along the way of the adoption process, starting from helping identify the age of the preferred cat, through to selection, then meeting our cat, rehoming, all the helpful advice about letting him feel home and even a check-up call a few days later. As a result, we have a sweet new member of the household. Excellent customer service and animal care!

We have just rehomed a cat from Battersea.We had a multi match appointment and a very friendly member of the rehoming team was most helpful giving us information regarding the background of the cats we decided to meet.we spoke to a vet prior to bringing our new pet home In order to discuss any minor health issues.Battersea do their very best to find the right pet for potential new owners .

Had a wonderful experience adopting Bluey&Bandit , two lovely kittens, we ahd help and guidance from Chloe and their veterinary team, the process was fast and pleasant.

We recently adopted the sweetest boy cat from Battersea! They were amazing throughout the whole adoption process. So helpful, patient and friendly from our first enquiry till the day we took him home. All staff were so efficient, informative and enthusiastic. A special thank you to Sophie as she was the one who mostly dealt with us. We would not hesitate encouraging people to adopt from Battersea!

So much fir "we never put ab animal down except as a last resort " nothing but BS , I have a 18 month old french bulldog that's healthy except he needs an operation on his ears that I can't afford so I decided to see about rehoming him to give him the care he needs , I got a phone call telling me they'd only take him on a consented euthanized agreement, no way am I going to let him be killed by battersea, all BS press, should have on their website well kill your pet deciding on money , disgusting parasites

We cannot state enough how positive an experience rehoming our Battersea dog has been. The team around Elmo was so professional, patient and had such genuine affection for all their dogs. We felt very supported during the process, and were given all the time we needed to decide. The follow up has been excelente too and, above all, Elmo has been the best decision we could have made - thank you Battersea for our gorgeous dog❤️

Battersea are just amazing!
We’ve just adopted two kittens and they are perfect. Thanks Battersea (Old Windsor) for all the help and support in our first couple weeks of having them. We wouldn’t suggest anywhere else to get a cat from!

We had a great experience adopting Bluey and Bandit, with the guidance and help of Chloe , also the wet that gave is necessary information ,we happily got our kittens and enjoy them dearly!
You will need to register for adoption, choose a pet to adopt then you will be contacted by one of the staff and begin the process that will be quick .
