Verkauft unpassende Batterien

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. Company has repeatedly lied to me following product failure. They shouldn't be allowed to sell on ebay. Their products are not as described. I bought what was promised to be a compatible battery for my particular Samsung netbook only to discover that it did NOT fit into the slot. Obviously I demanded a full refund but the COMPANY IGNORED me for weeks! Ignored phone calls, emails to company email addresses, messenger texts and also ebay messages. They refused to call me saying their phones don't work. Only after repeated complaints on ebay did they write back and then when I demanded my money I was ignored again. After weeks of threatening them they refunded me MINUS my VAT And pretended to not know what vat is !!! They now said as good will I will receive my ENTITLED vat refund back by last Friday but they did not pay it. I have a good mind to report them to police for FRAUD now. Stay well away from this terrible company who I understand is in Poland and does not abide by any UK consumer laws. I am still owed money. Terrible experience.

Great product / Superb support
Great product to use. Had some hiccup with input polarity initially, turned out it's the reversed phase/neutral in my socket - support was spot on figuring this out. Quick response times, thanks lads!

So, the first battery that I had it was faulty, can't blame them, it was for an old laptop. They did send me a replacement really fast. Thank you for that.

Very good easy to use website
Very good website. I’m no technical expert so the website was very helpful in helping me find a replacement laptop battery. Despatched the same day as order was placed, just now waiting for it to be delivered. Easy peasy.

Besser Finger davon, taugen nichts.

Perfect straight swop for my 2016 Byocycle
The web site provided all the measurements to confirm I was making the correct choice. The battery slid onto the original 2016 Byocycle luggage rack fitting and the controls worked perfectly without any need to adjust the wiring. Thank you
