Tenía una duda sobre el tipo de batería


Tenía una duda sobre el tipo de batería compatible con mi portátil Acer Spin 5 y me contestaron inmediatamente indicándome el modelo adecuado. Quiero destacar el interés, la amabilidad y la rapidez en su respuesta. Y gracias a Lukasz Janowski que fue el encargado de responderme.

Respuesta tardía y sin aportar solución i información

Contestaron al cabo de mucho tiempo y además no aportaron ninguna solucion ni información util, supongo ue la respuesta fue automática y no me ayudaron en nada

100% NO! RECOMENDABLE

Mi recomendación: NO COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA si quieres comprar con tranquilidad.
Compré una batería para mi altavoz Harman Kardon y se fundió la placa del altavoz a los pocos días de instalar la batería.
Seguramente la batería no fuera tan compatabile con el altavoz como dicen en esta tienda.
Un altavoz de 350€ que funcionaba perfectamente, roto! Reclamé a atención al cliente y después de meses de respuestas sin sentido y de hacerme perder el tiempo con todo tipo de preguntas sin ninguna lógica, hoy me respondieron (6 meses después de reclamar) que sus baterías funcionan correctamente y que MI RECLAMACIÓN ES INFUNDADA.
En pocas palabras, si compras sus productos y tienes problemas
 te dirán que es tu problema!
Una nueva demostración de que lo “barato” sale caro !

Duración de la batería

La primera batería no llegaba a las 2.5h de duración al 100% de carga, la reemplacé por otra y ésta no dura más de 3h. No la volveré a cambiar, pero ni de lejos llega a las 5h que dice el vendedor.

Não cumprem os prazos de entrega informados no site

Fiz uma encomenda a contar levar o produto em uma viagem para um amigo, mas devido a ter demorado uma semana para a receber em vez dos 2 dias úteis informados no site não pude cumprir o combinado e fiquei em falta com meu amigo. Deviam cumprir os prazos ou alterar a informação dada no site. Me senti enganado.

Delivery delay

When I bought the battery, it said delivery on April 13th, it was only delivered on April 18th, after a complaint, since it didn't leave the warehouse for 3 days.

Excelente loja, comprei uma bateria que vinha avariada logo a loja se prontificou a fazer-me a devolução do dinheiro ou troca do produto, dois dias depois tinha o dinheiro na minha conta!
