I recently had my air conditioning installed by Ben from B. Brill Company, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Ben arrived on time, was courteous, highly skilled, and clearly took pride in his work. He explained everything in a simple, easy-to-understand way and made sure the installation was completed to a very high standard.

The quality of the work was outstanding, communication throughout was excellent, and everything was left spotless before he left. It's refreshing to deal with a company that is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

I wouldn't hesitate to use B. Brill Company again in the future and would happily recommend Ben and the team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional service.

This company is the most respectful and knowledgeable Plumbing and Heating specialist I have used in 40 years. Nothing is too much trouble, obliging, reliable, clean and respectful of our property in the 4 months we used them for our extension and new kitchen. I wouldn't say the cheapest but are value for money, and only get what you pay for. Priceless in my opinion, no ifs or buts or headaches, just solutions without the fuss or stress, without loading up with extra costs.
Absolutely 1st Class, and a real shame more trades are not as professional as these.

I have used Brill Heating Engineers many times and recommend them unreservedly for punctuality, excellent diagnostics, quality of work carried out and good value. I have never been overcharged unlike some others I had previously had the misfortune of dealing with.

We had a really good experience throughout with Mr Brill and his team. My elderly parents needed a new boiler and managing the whole process was easy from start to finish. The workmanship was faultless and he was so tidy and the whole process was made a lot stressless. We had a boiler and air conditioner fitted with him a couple of years ago and I never forgot the professionalism and confidence that made the whole process easy. Fast forward and we still had such a professional experience with the company. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from these guys.
Messaged them last night to ask for help with an intermittent fault on our Worcester Bosch boiler.

Engineer was polite, knowledgeable, professional, considerate - we hardly knew he was in the building - all waste taken away and swept up afterwards. Checked the whole system and explained how the new boiler controls worked. The boiler is running smoothly with no issues in the week since installation. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I contacted Ben with a number of problems I was having with my boiler and water tank. Ben was quick and efficient in responding and getting a service booked in.
The day came and I was expecting the worst due to the number of issues however Reece was brilliant. Very polite, kept me informed of his findings and explained everything so i understood. Reece got quotes for parts and discussed these with me before going ahead with the work. I agreed the price and they collected the parts and came back to fix straight away which was fantastic. Brilliant service from this company and would highly recommend. I have now signed up to a service plan with them too.
