I found Bearing Basement extremely helpful. After placing my online order, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong item, so I emailed them to explain my mistake. They responded the very next day, confirmed they had corrected the error, and the correct part arrived surprisingly quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

I would like to like this company, but it doesn't send invoices, you can't get invoices on your online account, and it doesn't answer emails to get invoices. What company does that?
