Life Saver!!! Supplied bearings that were practically impossible to find!!!
Bearing basement was able to supply bearings that we had been quoted 8 months and 13 month deliveries from our vendors. They were true life savers!! The shipping was fast, we got our machine back up and running!!! We had almost giving up finding the bearings when my co-worker came across the bearing basement site, seemed too good to be true, but it was true!! Thank you so much Bearing Basement!!!!!

I wish I could give Neil 10 stars for his attentiveness to our order. Between the strange customs issues and bad weather, he kept us updated every step of the way on our shipment’s progress. He didn’t just go above and beyond - he aimed for the moon and ended up in another galaxy. A true asset to the company and his team.
