I signed up last July. I was still working full time and then had a serious accident. So in November I started doing modules. And then my assessments. KAREN was such a great scrutineer with my work. Getting better by the week. I qualified my Nail Technology course on 8 May. And I'm now going to sign up for a Manicure course and later a nail art course. What I loved about this was doing it all at home and first practising on family and friends.

I ordered my Lash Lift course 12 months ago but due to life circumstances, I only started it 4 weeks ago. Once I started, I wished I had commenced it long before as it was such a simple and well structured process. The course outline was very easy to follow and I loved the feedback and critique from Karen and the team on the work I produced. It was a brilliant learning experience so thank you to everyone at Beauty Courses Online. I now have new treatments to add onto my Services Menu.😊

Beauty Courses Online were amazing to deal with from start to finish.... And even now, 6 months after completion.
I have completed the Nail Technician course.
Information was current and the videos were so good.
Video feedback on my work was amazing. Showed you exactly what you did well, and suggestions of what and where to improve.

I have completed both the Full Body Waxing & Relaxation Massage course. Both courses were amazing - so thorough and informative. The training manuals were very easy to navigate and the videos were that little extra bonus. I found all the staff to be so lovely and helpful. very descriptive and gives good advice when correcting services

In one word this is excellent course. I am coming from banking and corporate background, but I have been always passionate about nails and beauty. I started this course with absolutely no knowledge about nail technology. The Nail Technology course is designed in such excellent way, that it helped me to shape myself as a professional nail tech. Today I feel confident as a professional nail tech and ready to start my own business. Throughout the entire course Karen and her team were continuously there for me to support and do necessary hand-holding with their constructive feedback. I must mention that I have never imagined an online course would be so excellent, structured and interactive. I am forever grateful to Karen, her team and Beauty Courses Online.

I loved that I was able to study something I really wanted to do at home. I was becoming so discouraged before I found this course and my closest classes are 5 hours away from where I live and with my other personal commitments it was going to be impossible to pursue nails. I received detailed feedback within hours of submitting each set to Kristen & Karen. They were both super helpful and really helped me get to where I am today, taking clients and creating content.

I can do the course in my own time with no time pressure. The feedback was always positive but constructive. My emails were always answered promptly and I was never made to feel that my questions were a problem.
All content was well covered in hand books and videos. It’s updated as necessary. The practical work was achievable and supported.
There is information on where to buy products and what products are best.
Nothing is left out and I could generally find the answers to my questions without having to email.
Very clear content.
I found it a little tricky not having someone right next to me while I worked but because the support was so good, that helped, but I also needed to do the course in my own time as I am working too.
Very happy that I was finally able to do something I’d always wanted to and Beauty Courses online has given me that opportunity.

I have just completed the Nail Technician course and I would highly recommend this course for several reasons. Firstly there is no time limit to complete, you can stop and start and go at your own pace in your own time. Also the price was very affordable and being able to pay off weekly was a great incentive. The course material and videos are very detailed and informative and you can watch them over and over again. Karen and Kristen were very supportive and helpful throughout the whole course also.

Oh My God! I am so thankful that I found Beauty Courses Online.

I started an apprenticeship years ago but could not complete it because I got pregnant. My kids have grown up now and I wanted to get back into my beauty training. I had searched for ages but did not want to continue an apprenticeship at age 46 and could not commit to 18 months of school.

I found these courses and started doing the nail course. I finished the course fast and have started on more courses.

I am now setting up my business at home and adding to my services. Even though I am not fully set up I have some clients already and am making some money doing nails.

If you want to learn nails or beauty fast then do what I did and do your course through them.

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this company to do any course with.

Reasons :
- when I signed up, I spoke to Mitzie whom I had spoken to previous before the sign up and made her aware I get paid fortnightly. So you would think she would inform debtsuccess and create a contract for me to make fortnightly payments. Nope. She disregarded that and had set up a weekly payments contract with me.
- I didn’t know this at the time until I made my first deposit and as the following week had arrived, I was charged weekly payments and placed in arrears.
- Although I had access to my theory (all three course of which I had completed) I knew I needed my equipment to do my practical work in order to complete the entirety of my course. I was told I couldn’t receive any of my kits until the arrears were paid
- After many frustrating back and forth emails with Ernesto, I expressed I was annoyed from all this muck around and asked to speak with them over the phone to clear this all up, find some common ground where I am able to make fortnightly payments as well as receive the kits I believe I deserved
- Ernesto had passed my emails on to Karen who continued to go back and forth with me through email. I expressed how I felt ripped off and the entire situation I was facing with both Mitzie and Ernesto. I told her that if I don’t receive a phone call or any help fixing this, I no longer want to take part in this.
- Karen explained that her staff are good at what they do and said that she can arrange my kits for me but, that I’d only be sent one as she said that they’ve been able to change my contract to fortnightly payments instead of weekly but, that they need to keep on eye on payments to make sure it doesn’t jeopardise their business.
- I said that if her staff were as good as they are.. there wouldn’t be this whole mix up in the first place. Mitzie and Ernesto would’ve made sure that my sign up and everything else would’ve been smooth sailing. Instead I spoke to three people through email just to come out with the outcome of Karen thinking I emailed to prove that I wanted to be right in this situation and terminated my agreement.

DISCLAIMER : This went on for a whole month

I didn’t want to be right. I wanted this company to show that they cared about the people that were interested in partaking in their business. I wanted three people ‘managing me’ to see where they fell short, how they made a mistake and what they could do to resolve the situation. I understand that they were only going to sent one kit at a time til I made payments (which wouldn’t have been a problem if they had set out my contract properly from the start) but I’m sure they could see how distressed and fed up I was. All I wanted to do was complete the beauty courses that I had signed up for & paid them off so, I could start my own business. Instead because, they didn’t want to deal with the ‘drama’ or accept where the errors stemmed from.. they terminated my contract.

I am not a difficult person and I may not have a successful business like them. One thing I do know is how to treat customers, give them the absolute experience of a lifetime, figure out where things went wrong and find a helpful resolution that benefits both my customer and myself and hopefully continue trying to create a strong relationship with them via online.
