I began using a subscription for my bladder solutions back in 2022 when I was prescribed diuretic medication.
I was releasing much more than simple bladder bleaks.
During my four years with Because, I find all their products to be more comfortable and absorbent than anything I purchased locally. I am very grateful for Because

Except for a couple minor ordering and/or shipping issues over several years customer service and product have been exceptional.

I have been using Because products for several years now and, in my opinion, they are the best available in today's market.

The products are exactly as advertised. The diapers are comfortable, not itchy, not scratchy. I use the pads for the few days between the next delivery. I am grateful that I don’t need to worry The shipment always comes regularly

The Because overnight briefs do hold a lot of liquid. The garment easily goes on and comes off. The problem for me is the cut of the front leg opening which is too high. This is where I've had leaks.

My wife has dementia and needs protective underwear. I have tried a half dozen brands and found Because Overnight protective underwear to be the most relievable disposal underwear.
My wife has used over 50 of this brand and only had one leak. All other brands had multiple leaks, some on the same day.

This company is absolutely the most dishonest I have ever dealt with. They changed their product, at first they claimed it was supply issues. I was told that they had gotten back their product that really worked, but they lied. Their product now is worthless. They claim to have fixed the supply issues, and still sell the inferior product. I do not believe any of the reviews I’ve read, because they are obviously fake.

I placed an order and quickly realized I had account credit available, so I submitted a cancellation request the same day (March 28) before the order shipped.

I received an automated response stating I would hear back within 24 hours, but no one followed up before both orders were shipped the next morning. I reached out again explaining the situation and timeline, but did not receive a response.

As a result, I ended up with a duplicate order that could have easily been avoided with timely customer support.

The product may be fine, but the lack of responsiveness and inability to resolve a simple issue has made me hesitant to order again.

Terrible product. Especially for sensitive skin. Customer service is not timely and does not seem to care for their customers. Would not recommend.

I bought the startup kit. After that I bought 2 packs, not cheap. Then I unsubdscribed. Then my card was chard 65$for another 2 packages, Wrong Size. What a mess.not happy. V/r Kimetha hayson

The products are terrible and they grossly misrepresent payments and shipping information. I had cancelled an order and despite that, shipped the order to me and charged me. And of course, nobody is getting back to me.

Absorbs more, less leakage and better fit. Better protection for sensitive skin.

I've been a customer since the company began and I've tried most of their products. The maximum absorbency booster pads are excellent for pull-ups and diaper use. Using them extends the incontinence product, which saves money. Unfortunately, the pricing is a bit expensive for the items I use most, and price increases seem regular, which is unfortunate.
Overall, I would still recommend the company and its products for incontinence needs,

The products are great, but if you want to change anything you have to call them. Can’t do anything on line. You build up points but they don’t apply to subscription orders, so again you have to call

I love the overnight women's Pads they are soft against the skin and don't chafe yet offer up to 3 Cups protection like advertised. The best product I have ever tried that I like. Delivery is always quick and customer service great

My husband has had great success with the men's maximum overnight underwear with the maximum booster pad added inside. He can sleep through most of the night and not worry about leaking. He has been satisfied with the monthly delivery and have not had any issues with their service. Thanks, Because!
