Sean did a great job providing excellent customer service and was really thorough Witt following up with me. He was able to obtain competitive pricing as well.

Greg was very helpful with placing my order and even researched to ensure I was ordering the correct bed frame. I’ve called 4 times and all 3 of the service agents were very helpful. I also spoke to Harris and Sean. I’m looking forward to getting my bedroom set in about a couple of months.
Thank you!

Sydney ordered the bed set that I have been looking for. She was able to list the items that I wanted and complete the order for me.

Greg was very helpful during placing my order. He went through all the details and was well informed with the items.

Walter did a great job in helping me to place my order. He answered all my questions. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thank you!

Although we had to wait a few months for our furniture to come in, we were so happy when it finally did. Quality was top tier, the delivery service made everything much easier for us and the company communicated very well in terms of updates on the dates of delivery, time and schedule. I would order again from them. All thanks to Shayne.

Ordered a bedroom suite online November 2022. Said it was in-stock. It’s May 30th 2023 now and I’ve received nothing but runaround. Read the reviews here! Do they look fake to you?? All glowing and happy… yea, right. Who wrote these? Mr. Rogers?? They are clearly fake - well. except the ones from other extremely dissatisfied customers like myself. Avoid like the plague.

Fabulous experience with Emma Mason in placing my order and white glove delivery. The display cabinet is beautiful.

They really take care of you. I had Mervin Factor help me out and he went above and beyond for me. Thank you! I am telling everyone to shop through them.

Great price. Delivered to our Air Freight carrier for delivery in a remote area of Alaska.

I purchased a Pulaski curio cabinet in a chocolate-cherry finish as advertised on the website. However, the item I received was a much lighter cherry-colored wood finish than advertised. I contacted customer service and dealt with Mervin, who provided exceptional customer service in helping me to resolve my issue. Mervin was polite and professional throughout the process. He followed up to provide me with status updates and was always quick to respond to my inquiries. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I highly recommend using Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com.

I ordered a set of furniture and a week later I got an email saying I had to find a business in my area with a loading dock to get it shipped and pick it up myself. I live in one of the biggest cities in one of the biggest states and they said, out of nowhere, that they don’t service my area any longer. So much for “free white glove delivery” and “shipped to all 48 contiguous states.” Garbage company trying to make the customer do their work because they messed up and don’t want to pay for delivery as they say they will. AVOID.

Sean was a pleasure to work with he answered all the questions I had and followed up with me thru text in a timely manner……. Great Service

Had an issue with the website but customer service was exemplary. Sean was fantastic. Professional, polite, and responsive. Could not be more impressed and happy with my experience from start to finish.

Great product. Absolutely love it. Great overall positive experience.

Great customer service from Greg. I will update when I receive my furniture.

Sean is professional and knowledgeable when answering numerous questions from this 75 year old man. Made the entire process of ordering via text very comfortable. A person that understands what customer service actually means. Thanks Sean.

Jack was great and made the process very easy . Thanks Jack!

Very quick, to the point, and polite.

I am overwhelmed (and extremely thankful) that Greg noticed that I had "missed" buying a part of a desk - (the description was weird) and that he took the initiative to text me and then follow up with a phone call to be sure that I bought and received what I thought I was getting!!! He wrote up the order, then and there, took my cc and miracle!!! All was done politely, efficiently and he "saved" me the hassle, aggravation and stress of not having placed a "complete order". He deserves to be awarded and thanked and appreciated by management. You just don't encounter peo0ple in business like this these days. You have a new LOYAL customer thanks to Greg!!!
