We have used Beercock more than once as the personalised service from both Jack and Courtney is fantastic. It has been a rocky road for us with buyers being indecisive but Jack has been patience and supportive throughout. They have definitely made the task of selling a little easier, and Jack has even helped in the buying process too. An easy no nonense approach with a caring touch, thanks to both of you

We had to sell our parents house & decided on Beercocks estate agents to do this. Took a long time to sell which wasn’t Beercocks fault 2 buyers couldn’t get finance’s sorted & dropped out after 6 months each. Beercocks kept trying to get people interested & kept us informed at least once a week.

Really great service from both Grace and Reanna at Beercocks within the sales department, always available on the phone and via email and provided great advice throughout.

Equally great service from sales progressor Elaine who provided regular updates and was proactive at ensuring the sale was moving as it should. Very happy with the service I received from Beercocks, who despite the challenges of the selling and buying process got me and my family just where we needed to be!

As a seller who was not living in the area it was definitely worth the 1.5% fee. The service received was amazing from @Natalie at the front end to achieve the sale with great regular communication, but in particular the service from @sue at the back end after the offer had been accepted was exceptional. Sue was proactive in keeping all parties informed and pushing the process through to what was a speedy conclusion. Thank you all.
