Eden and the team were fantastic. You pay a little more with Beercocks but it is so worth it for their professionalism. It makes a stressful move much smoother.

Beercocks and especially Natalie have been very kind and supportive throughout the selling of my property and I cannot thank her enough. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Beercocks Estate Agents. Tony was very respectful of the property and appreciated my input during the initial meeting. Once appointed, Katie has been on hand supporting me when I suggested removing one photograph and making sure I was totally happy with the property description. All calls and emails received immediate response from Katie and the marketing/media teams.
The journey has been short but sweet so far as the day after the property was listed I had the first viewing and within 48 hours of the initial listing I had accepted an offer.
