Project personnalisable with great attention to details. Great follow up of the projet with the updates on the evolution. The final ring is made of great quality and beauty. The only step that i would have wish would be a preview of the ring by a 3D model but in the end. It was not really necessary as they made exactly how I wanted it, you just have to trust the professionals.

Went and visited the store in Antwerp, the very friendly woman showed me some great engagement rings but not quite what I was looking for. So together we ordered the perfect ring and it got delivered in an excellent case and box within 3 weeks only! Great service and amazing products! Very satisfied.

We had chosen the type of ring on internet & were able to choose the diamond in the Antwerp offices, great experience. The model of the ring is unique & very thin. Delivered 2weeks later in our home in France. The ring is just superb! We highly recommend

This was the first time in my life that I ordered yellow gold jewelry for such a huge price online. And I am extremely happy with the outcome! :) I ordered a pair of simple yellow gold wedding ring for the 50. wedding anniversary of my parents. Gerd helped me a lot through the ordering process although we haven't met in person or talked by phone. Communication was all the time quick and clear. I received good advice to order 2 mm thin ring for my father instead of the 1,5 mm. I was a bit worried about weather the rings will arrive to me in time and yes, they did! The presentation of the rings are also awesome, the rings are simply beautiful! I am very happy to choose them for this special gift! :) I have already gave their contact to my friend and who knows, maybe I will order something again, but this time only for myself! :)

Nadat ik een bezoek had ingepland via de website werd ik vrijwel direct benaderd voor aanvullende informatie om mijn bezoek aan Beldiamond zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Dit stelde ik zeer op prijs. Op locatie in Antwerpen ben ik goed geholpen en werd er goed naar mij geluisterd met als resultaat een prachtige verlovingsring. Ik kon de ring binnen 2 weken al ophalen. Mijn vriendin vond de ring prachtig!

After searching through lots of places I decided to get my engagement ring made at Beldiamond. After our appointment at the lovely showroom in Brussels, Gerd was very helpful and responsive in providing different options to fit our budget and what we had in mind, and I had a beautiful ring made and follow up size adjustment fairly quickly with Philippe.
