My parcel got lost in the way by Royal Mail but BellaPlush was nice enough to send me a replacement and on top of that,the best customer service.I was so happy with my two ring,I even got it engraved.Just in love 😩💋

I bought this ring for my mrs for her birthday since she had been asking me for a while, when I initially went on the website it was sold out, so I messaged their team on instagram. Not only did I receive quick responses but they looked and found that they had some left in which they then made it available for me to purchase, they also engraved the ring and kept me updated throughout my journey. Their team is absolutely brilliant couldn’t sing their praises for the impeccable customer service. Not only that but the ring its self is absolutely stunning. The personal touch of the engraving is just the icing on the cake along with affordable price. If you’re thinking about purchasing don’t hesitate!

I ordered the Arabic name necklace and the yara ring in gold, absolutely love it and wear it everyday! Such good quality and the customer service was so good they helped me pick my ring size as I wasn’t sure

This company claims they have a 6 month warranty on all their products but refuse to contact customers back in regards to their poor quality rings when support tickets are issued. Horrible customer service, and bad quality jewelry. Take your money elsewhere

****EDIT: I have updated my review in light of a fabulous response from Shukri, the owner of BellaPlush to my review. I firmly believe that a company’s reputation should not be based off mistakes or mishaps, but rather on their response to those.
Shukri listened to my feedback and accepted it with grace, and apologised at great lengths. She did not try to deny or argue with any of my comments, and instead welcomed the feedback, apologised and offered to refund my additional customs charge and to replace my tarnished gold ring with a silver one. I was not asked to update or change anything about my review, nor was any of this done for monetary gain. Just wanted to give a fair and honest review and it would be unfair of me to not include this edit.
My 3 stars originally stands for the initial experience, but customer service alone is a completely 5 star worthy, hence the change in my rating.

I ordered two beautiful gold plated rings from BellaPlush recently. The jewellery from BellaPlush is undoubtedly beautiful, and while there are certain elements of my order I am happy with, ultimately I’m quite disappointed.

1. My order was sent with only one of my two items in the box. The item that was missing was meant to be my wedding band for my wedding, which we had organised last minute due to being diagnosed with cancer. I was devastated I wouldn’t have my ring on time but I understand these things can happen and I was ok with it.
2. When I reached out to customer service, I received a friendly and apologetic reply very quickly, but was then informed that the ring was now out of stock in my size. I reluctantly agreed to accept a larger size, and asked for the ring to be engraved with my wedding date. I did not get a reply and didn’t know what was happening with my order.
3. I was then sent an invoice and was asked to pay for the ring that was missing. When I emailed they apologised and processed the order.
4. I, once again, had to pay customs on the second package. No fault of the company’s, but just an inconvenience as the customer.
5. When my ring finally arrived, it was unfortunately far too big for me, so is totally unwearable. It was also not engraved as I had requested. I did not reach out about it as I was recovering from cancer treatment and it wasn’t high on my priority list.
6. However, to top it all off, the ring that was sent in the original order has not held up well. The 18K gold plating has completely faded on the inside of my finger in 2-3 months, despite complete vigilance to follow all care instructions in relation to water, chemicals etc. I would have expected to get a couple of years wear out of it, as I have done with pieces from other companies, before this happened.

Overall, I think BellaPlush have some of the most stunning pieces, but there are definitely some growing pains. I would be very reluctant to recommend any of the gold plated pieces, so maybe the silver may be a better option to avoid the fading.

For sure not a scam company, and I can see huge potential for BellaPlush in the future, provided they can resolve issues like these and put measures in place to prevent them happening going forward.

Bought a ring from here 2 years ago, literally one of the most amazing diamond stimulants I’ve ever bought. As someone who usually reacts to cheap/affordable jewellery, I’ve had no issues with daily wear and the ring has also maintained its great quality. Made a new purchase recently and so far I’ve had no issues and the jewellery honestly is so dazzling. I would definitely recommend this brand for daily wear/occasions and also makes great for holiday wear!!! Love love love thank you so much

Scam website. Their jewelry looks cheap and I sent back a bracelet to get a return and I had to pay to send it since I’m in the USA. They sent an email saying there was no item in the box

Bellaplush have the most beautiful range of affordable rings and accessories! The compliments I have got for what I call my travel rings, if anything they are even better looking than my actual wedding bands! There was a slight mishap with one of the orders but they were so quick and understanding and was rectified so quickly, couldn’t ask for better customer service! I will be ordering again soon!
