Purchased a ring and a chain which never arrived

Sent numerous emails that get ignored

It’s been 2 weeks now since they say they sent it via Royal Mail but nothing recived and all my emails have been ignored

I got a free engraving for my travel set. The customer service team have been amazing I had so many questions and they had answered all questions on time. I’m very impressed with my purchase and will be shipping again

I should have read all the reviews before ordering (more than 2 weeks ago). I got an email a few days after placing my order saying the items had been shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number, 48 hours tracked. Upon checking the Royal Mail, more than a week later, the tracking information says Royal Mail are yet to receive the item. I have emailed and no reply as yet. Thankfully I used Klarna and have raised a case with them to cancel the order as needed it for a trip away this weekend. Disappointing. Don’t recommend

Purchased 2 rings, it was taking a while to arrive so I emailed and customer service was very polite and prompt. they didn't have one of the rings in stock so they refunded me and sent an alternative. the ring arrived- very very beautiful. The sizing is very off though because it's far too big. the quality looks lovely at first but the colour quickly fades. was a bit disappointed that my gold ring is no longer gold after a few weeks.

I lost my engagement ring on Christmas and needed a replacement asap. Wow I am amazed at the quality I bought the mini Yara solitaire and it looks just like mine . The team were amazing too as I needed an exchange and took care of it for me for free. Very impressed

I ordered a mini yara ring from this brand and I absolutely love it. It's so cute and sparkly and it came really quickly too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a really nice piece of jewellery. Had it for over a year and haven't had any issues with diamonds falling out or the ring discolouring. Will definitely be ordering more :)

I have had the absolute best experience from the customer service down to the delivery. I had questions about the sizing and not only did they send over a free size guide but the owner contacted me herself. I felt like very taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Bellaplush more, i love them!

I’ve purchase multiple items from Bella Plush since it was created. My favourite has to be the Yara ring, it’s identical to the wedding ring I gave my wife and we can comfortably travel knowing it looks exactly the same and feel safe if it does go missing!

Wow! I am shocked that my order arrived so quickly and in amazing shape. I absolutely ADOREEE every single piece. I bought a few bits for Christmas presents but I'm thinking of keeping them for myself instead. Amazing!
