I was a little hesitant to order because of the reviews I've seen but I'm so glad I decided to go ahead and just do it. I have been eyeing the Yara ring for about a year now and finally caved!

To say I love the products I received would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. I not only purchased the ring but 6 other items from bracelets to necklaces and was more than pleased with every single one!!!

I have had all products for about 4 months now and they all look like they have just been bought. I shower with the necklaces and they have not turned green, tarnished, or caused any irritation. Everything about my order was absolutely SPLENDID.

I will definitely be ordering from them again. I am SO glad I decided to just go with my gut and ignore the previous reviews. I can't wrap my head around how anyone can be displeased with the quality.

Amazing! Bought the Yara ring for my Mrs and got the date we met engraved on it. She absolutely loved it. Packaged so premium. Will deffo buy more products in the future! Thanks !

Bought a ring that was too big so returned it for an exchange and was really happy with the fast response, quick delivery too.
Really pleased with my ring and the quality.

Absolutely in love with this brand, bought a ring to replace my engagement ring with when I travel and honestly I can tell no difference from my real diamond. Such good quality, doesn’t tarnish I’ve had it for ages, since bought a few other items and so impressed. Worth the money

I just love the variety of jewellery available but my favourite was the tropez gold ring which I was given for my birthday and I became obsessed with their rings

Bought a yellow gold plated band. It’s faded to silver in less than 1 month. Refused a refund as they say they expect it to fade as it’s only gold plated. I get that but after 4 weeks!!! Waste of my money

Ring is beautiful although I have messaged 3 times to request a returns address for an exchange but have not received a response. I have allowed more than 72 hours for a response, it has now been almost 5 days.

Never purchasing from them again, bought the ring in a size 5 within 2 days the ring started to loose its circular shape and the stones started falling out. Disappointed.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased a ring and was too big. Followed return procedure, no response to emails for over 20 days. Still waiting on my refund. They post on social media quick enough but won’t respond to messages. Don’t bother

WARNING! received a ring but i couldn't use as it was the incorrect size, the packaging didn't indicate what size the ring was so there was no way to tell if the sellers sizes were wrong, or this was a picking error. The seller has been notoriously hard to get hold of throughout this process, they only have an outlook email address, no telephone number. The seller finally advised the return address, I returned via parcelforce tracked 24hr service on the 13/09/23 (I can see that it's been delivered next day using parcel force website). its now been 3 weeks since the ring arrived back with the seller and still no refund. I emailed the seller again, but I've not been able to speak to anyone for an update, just been ignored. have had to open PayPal case.
