Möbel Transport von Schweiz in die Türkei, die Möbel sind fast 30 Tage am Zoll Geblieben wo ich die wahre Erhalten habe fehlte leider manche Teile. Das habe ich auch Gemeldet bei beiden Transport Unternehmen bei Bellucci und Esen in der Türkei. Ihre Antwort war das ich es nicht Beweisen kann das ich es auf den Transporter gegeben habe. Habe für den Transport 4500 CHF: Bezahlt Sie haben mir Versprochen das es keine Kosten mehr gibt, und Plötzlich hat mich der von der Türkei Angerufen und wollte das es schnell beim Zoll Vorbei geht noch 5600 Dollar haben, am Schluss habe ich noch 1400 Euro Bezahlt dazu. Finger weg von den beiden Transport Firma. Die Möbel wie Sie Versprechen wurden auch nicht Aufgestellt. Unterschreibt nichts bei den Lieferanten, ich habe das leider gemacht. Und dann sind sie nie mehr zurück gekommen.

Thank you for your review. Fortunately, we have not experienced any customer dissatisfaction, but what you stated is incorrect and completely false. During the survey, you declared that you planned to send only personal effects. However, at the customs border, the contents of the PBO (Packed by You) boxes were entirely different, and our agent in Turkey was surprised to find no personal effects inside.
We explained that if customs duties applied, the amount would be high because your goods were not classified as used household items or personal effects, but as materials related to repair, renovation, carpentry, construction, or similar activities. Our agent assisted you and helped you avoid a large amount of duties by supporting you with the customs declaration.
We made the situation and applicable taxes clear to you, and you agreed to pay USD 1,500. Everything seemed fine until, at the last moment, you claimed the amount was too high and refused to accept it. After we sent you all customs receipts, you provided our agent with a bank receipt claiming payment had been made, which was likely fake, as no payment was received for weeks.
We completed delivery—receiving 78 pieces and delivering exactly 78 pieces to you. As we do not load or organize your belongings, and since the declared packing list differed, we had no way of knowing if anything was missing.
The amount you eventually paid (after delivery) did not include additional charges such as the delivery order fee at destination, bonded warehouse handling fees, customs exam and stamp fees, export customs, and T1 process at origin—all of which were clearly excluded in the contract you signed.
We consider ourselves fortunate not to encounter customers like you often, who try to take advantage of honest workers. As far as we are concerned, your shipment is fully documented, and we can only believe that we have done our job correctly .
