SCAM!!!!

I ordered 2x home/ bar table since September 2021 hoping it will come before Christmas but until now it hasn’t come…

I have emailed them so many times but no answer?
Do not buy from this company.

I have spent over $200 …

This place is a scam!!!! Do Not purchase from here! Cannot get any response to any of my emails nor when I call. Sent a tracking number that never ever ever shipped . It never got dropped off to be shipped. “SERIOUSLY BUYERS BEEARE OF THIS PLACE” Look at all the recent reviews. All the recent ones are most likely the real buyers and the previous reviews were made up ones to get us to trust the company!!!

bought a seiko from them all went smooth, quick delivery but... no warranty card, serial number on the case cover has been polished off. I flip watches regularly but I won't be able to sell this one for a good price

Appalling!! Purchased an expensive G-shock that was supposedly in stock. I then got a notification saying it would be delivered ina. Few days. For weeks i chased, but could not get through to their ‘customer service’ or get a response to email. I had to raise a dispute on Paypal to get a refund!! Avoid!!

I ordered an Seiko watch from there but did not receive it within two months. the seller can no longer be contacted.This is a scam

I ordered a watch last year for my brother (I could not find this watch anywhere else and he speicifically wanted this one and the reviews for Benshop were not atrocious at the time) and received it two weeks later as advertised. It was genuine, however, it did not work. After agreeing with Benshop, I sent the watch back to them for repair. Since then it's been months of "we are sorry" and " we know you have been waiting for a long time" and blah blah. Never anything concrete. I finally asked for my money back and it was the same nonsense I have seen in other reviews, i.e. "our system is down for an upgrade" etc. After numerous chasers, their email address has since stopped working and they are not answering their phone nor the online chat. If not yet bust, these people are definitely dirty! Help yourself in life and just don't go near them!!

Buyer be aware. Took my money for a watch they never had even when they showed in stock. Delivery showed 2-3 days after 2 weeks contacted company. They then started making up silly reasons for the delay. Contacted them on a daily basis for a week, then asked to cancel order and return my money. Contacted them on a daily basis again, warning them I would put in a claim to Paypal and make it my quest to let everyone know, my problems. No replies or money return. Opened a claim with Paypal and after the investigation had all my money returned. Do not trust or deal with them and be careful of good ratings here and else ware. Thank God For Paypal or I would have lost a lot of money

Strongly advise you to avoid this company. In my experience they are not trustworthy or reputable.

Awful experience trying to purchase a Seiko Sarx057. They listed it as in stock (still do) but it is not. They promised it would be delivered in a certain timeframe but they did not. Twice.

A further enquiry led to the response that they were not processing orders (over Black Friday and Pre-Christmas period!) and they would "try" to get it to me as soon as possible after that! Absolute nonsense and totally implausible.

This company cannot fulfil orders it advertises, and this one was listed as in stock!

So, I cancelled the order and asked for refund after a month of waiting. Then they would not refund me, again making implausible excuses, this time that they cannot access/use their Paypal account.

I filed a claim with Paypal who found in my favour after Benshop simply delayed and did not reply to Paypal. So PayPal refunded me.

Absolutely shocking company and stay away from them.

Appalling service as the company could not supply the goods. I was informed that the watch I was interested in would arrive between 3-5 days but two weeks later it had not arrived and it was a birthday.?Eventually received a PayPal refund. No apology from the company, just appalling service. Steer clear, shop elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible shop. They sending stuff from china. Not UK. Very long Delivery. But main thins is, They send me wrong watch, I'll returned back but NO REFUND!
NOT TRUSTED SHOP!

The product was offered at great price but shipping was bit slow. It was gift that was well received. Many thanks

Hey folks! I just received a seiko watch. Watches at such reasonable price. I bet, I cannot find such good deal anywhere else. Many thanks and regards.

Bought a brand new Seiko watch from them in July'19 and didn't receive a stamped warranty card with the watch. Emailed them about it and never had the courtesy of a response. Without it, Seiko won't pick up the tab for any defects in the warranty period and I'll end up paying for any warranty repairs. Clearly, Benshop have had my money and don't give a damn about after sales customer service......not impressed!

Benshop are a great supplier of branded watches. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a gshock. Ignore all the bad reviews and haters and understand that there delivery is a week or more. I don't have an issue waiting 3-4 weeks for something special and £250 less than the high street. If your getting put off or in any doubt then the clever thing to do would be an email asking if the items in stock and how quickly it can be delivered. Each purchase I have made has been followed by the confirmation and then within a few days details of the despatch. This is not Amazon prime
Read the shipping and tnc's it's all plain English.
If something's not in stock these watches are made in China,Thailand and Japan so obviously they need to get it to the UK before it can be sent.
Great company 100% safe to use

I’m leaving a review of this company in plain simple English , I placed my order on 2 September 2019 was told it’s 2 days service & with no tracking or anything I got more frustrated as they won’t communicate at all and the only time they did was when a dispute on PayPal occurred obviously by then that’s what will happen with case open I got message stating the wAtch is on way still!! By this time a month has elapsed and I lost all patience with ... NEVER NEVER BUY FROM BENSHOP who are scammers and work from what is assumed a bedroom not a company from a warehouse, this is a single manned operation at its worst!!.

I wold give 0 stars if this was available. I asked them online to confirm how long dispatch would take and wher eit would be dispatched from. They said max 48 hours as another shop had sold the watch!!!!!. They also confirmed UK dispatch. 3 days later I chased them to be told it would be sent within 48 hours!!!!! It's now 10 days later and they have stopped responding to me. I'm going to claim my money back via my credit card company.

THen to make things worse, they would not give me a refund unless I removed this review. So I removed it and now I'm putting it back.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Scammers !!!
Selling watches what they have not in stock and then dont want refund money back.
Never buy in this store.
