I bought a watch but had to return it due to personal reasons. I got back the full refund in a very timely manner, so quite happy. I hope to do more shopping at benshop in the future.

More often than not, I have observed that the price of the items on Benshop is far better than other online store. It is quite a good experience for me on Benshop, as I receive better deals, discount and offers on branded watches, camera and lenses. Courtesy to all that I have been a regular customer on this site.

After a very bad experience with buying at horloge-planet.nl, I have ordered the goods at benshop.co.uk with great distrust. There was communication about the cost of transport to the chat. E-mail sent a coupon for a discount. There was an order, payment, order confirmation. Promised shipment of goods within three days and delivery to my address within 24 hours of shipment !!! We communicated with each other on a continuous basis, I got an adequate answer to each question, including answers to my concern about the reality of the deal. I would like to thank you for your services and the deal and make sure the shop is genuine.

My wife and I searched separately to check canon power shot G3X cam online. As per my colleague’s recommendation I found it in 37% off on Benshop. I beat her to it. She had to cancel her ordered since I got a good deal here. Not to mention, the product as well as the service was great. I got within a week that is not bad. Customer support is positive. I just suggest them to make shipping a bit faster at least within EU. Otherwise they are doing great work.

Recently received a rangeman that is no doubt exquisitely gorgeous. I got it checked from a local Casio seller for the authenticity and they approved to be original. Before purchasing I enquired a round of question answers on chatting. Scott, the customer help guy was really prompt and kind. I was given additional discount code on bargaining. Benshop sells 100% genuine products. Highly recommended.

I purchased from this store twice. They are so nice, that they gave me some discount upon asking. Both the time, I asked for coupon codes on live chat, they gave me. This is my suggestion to anyone who is seeking for some price deduction, ask directly on ‘Online Chat’.

Was dubious initially, but shopping with them came out to be really nice. Actually bit concerned for the packing standard of my parcel but it was sent nicely like a pro, more than happy to see that. I approve them as one of the best sellers.
Would add that warranty was not in the box but later they sent it to me via pdf format. Thanks for your service.

A Nikkon camera along with the lense is my very first purchase. At that time this is somewhat like a risk but I took it cause do not want to lose the opportunity to have it on heavy discount. Very nice seller, cleared all my doubt and delivered both my products just after 3 days of payment. Products received all new and authentic. Would love to buy again.

Extremely happy to receive my G shock watch that I purchased from Benshop.co.uk. The biggest factor I bought from Benshop is their low price and brand authenticity commitment. It is delivered to my doorstep in fair time. It looks elegant and I am exciting to do more shopping on Benshop in near future. In my opinion, it the best place to buy branded watches in reasonable price.

Beautiful khaki colored watch I just added to my Casio watches collection. Before purchasing from Benshop I visited the chatting line, got prompt answer there (Pretty fast). I asked for the discount and they gave me on already discounted watch. Later, I received my parcel secured in an outer box and the watch was in the original G-shock box with bubble packing and all the documents. Customer service was great. Shipment got bit late but I must admit the rest were awesome. little late delivery that much is not much issue for me. Highly recommended!!

After being promised numerous times for delivery and many failed attempts to contact over phone, still no sign been waiting 2 weeks now this is a joke off a company, they have also gave me fake tracking numbers I would never use this company again you can get next day delivery of most company's I'm not even sure they have sent my item they have probably took my money please shop around first if it looks too good to be true it is

Originally ordered a G-shock that I knew had been discontinued and therefore not widely available. They quickly informed me they'd sold the last one through eBay and immediately offered a small discount on any other watch or a full refund. I noticed another model that I had owned before but at an unbelievably good price so ordered that instead. Was delighted it arrived quickly and very well packaged. Thoroughly recommend anyone to deal with Benshop.

Whilst looking for a camera lens, I found the same lens that another large retailer was selling online for £1200, on sale with Benshop for under £700. Now, £500 is a LOT of money to be saving (even so called 'grey' market imports are more expensive), so I was a little bit cautious, but took the plunge anyway and paid through PayPal. However, the item arrived a couple of days early by courier, arrived completely undamaged, in a full retail box, complete with all relevant documentation and receipts. I've since used the lens on 2 pro shoots, and it's acting as it should. So all in all, I'll certainly be using them again in the future.

Here comes another Asian (Korean or Chinese - I don't know!) company which pretends a British company.

The products they sell may be pukka, but very slow delivery because they need to import your order from their country. But if you can tolerate it, then that's fine - go for it!

Shipping is very slow. It takes about 2 weeks to ship, and if I asked for cancellation they refused it saying it's already shipped. It took another 3 days to ship the item. Not a trustable seller.

Genuine product. I am pretty good at spotting fakes - I have a few.

Only downside was the shipping timescale - about 2 weeks for an in stock item, but worth the wait.

Customer service was effective and responded well though.

I am not pulling their legs, but surely I believe my feedback will only make them more solid online store. The product and service all good at Benshop, but they should talk to PayPal, as I feel difficulty in making payment through it.
