This family run small company provides a depth of expertise rarely found these days. The attention to detail, cleanliness and politeness are a pleasant change from indifference and surliness.
They have installed air cooling and heat pump for us and provided annual servicing for our heating and cooling systems.

The team at Bespoke were really responsive when I had a fault with my boiler just after Christmas. I was so very grateful! And again, my boiler service was completed with no hassle or stress. They’re always very clean, friendly, professional. I really trust them and it’s great to have a local company. Really recommended.

From my initial enquiry, handled by the very friendly and professional Kate, to when Anthony left my house, the service has been first class. My job was a service and a part replacement and I will definitely ask Bespoke Gas to continue to look after my oil fired boiler.

We have been having our boiler serviced annually by Bespoke Gas for several years - they are always on time, efficient, and great value for money. We recently had to call them out for an emergency - they came out on the same day even though it was Jan 2nd - the guy who came out couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They sorted out the problem and again didn't over-charge. We would 100% recommend them.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Anthony for coming out during Christmas and New Year as we lost water pressure to our shower room ... the issue was resolved quickly and rather embarrassing that it wasn't actually with the boiler system - they made no charge for the callout which was extremely kind. Replaced our boiler just before Christmas. Good advice and communication throughout, very happy with the service.

I contacted several engineers to repair my boiler, and all of them advised that it needed replacing and were keen to provide a quote. I then spoke with Anthony from Bespoke Engineers, who accurately diagnosed the issue and successfully repaired the boiler. His service was excellent, and he carried out the work professionally and with a friendly attitude.

Complete satisfaction. I have been using Bespoke Gas for servicing my boiler and maintaining the central heating system for 8/9 years now. All jobs have been completed to a good standard and you won't go far wrong in letting them maintain your gas heating system. They have always show respect for my property and clean up any mess before they leave. A knowledgeable friendly local firm who offer an excellent service. The big benefit of using a good local firm is the continuity you get. They get to know you and you get to know them, unlike the multinationals, where you never see the same engineer twice. You're just a number on a spreadsheet. Very happy with the service I've received and will be happy to continue my association with them.

Bespoke Gas has done another great job! Through the years we’ve called on Anthony and his team to help us… big projects, annual checks and this time to remove an electric shower and place a ‘standard’ mixer and shower head. They showed on time, worked through an unexpected challenge until it got sorted and finish the job to their usual high standards. Very pleased as always and highly recommend them.

Regular boiler service and survey of heating system and shower performance . Bespoke gas notified arrival time continually until they arrived . Serviced boiler , checked all systems and superb friendly polite service . Have used for years after being ripped off by another company
