Excellent service from Anthony, Kurtis and Kate in the installation of a replacement boiler and an extension to the radiator system.
We were kept fully advised from start to finish, they arrived when they said they would and finished likewise. We had sought a local company with personal service and were completely satisfied.

I would highly recommend Bespoke Gas. The engineer, Kurtis replaced our control programmer and serviced the boiler. He was friendly, professional and worked efficiently to complete the work.

Engineer arrived within agreed time slot to conduct annual boiler service and was friendly, polite, thorough, efficient and helpful in answering my questions.

Annual Combi boiler service, great service as per normal!
However this time a slight "glitch"? The following day, had hot water, but no central heating? Phoned Bespoke Gas explaining the situation. Within 20 mins, Anthony was here and found the "problem". The engineer had switched the C / H Programmer off and forgot to switch back on!!

Brilliant job

We had a problem with our heating on one of the coldest days of the year. We phoned Anthony at Bespoke as we woke to no heating and he committed to getting to us before the end of the day.
He arrived at the end of the day (when most others were going home for the weekend) and left at 7.15pm having successfully restored our heating at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service by an incredibly personable individual and brilliant value for money.

Office staff extremely helpful.
Engineer (Curtis) Arrived on time for the appointment.
Curtis was very polite and did a great job on the boiler service.

I’ve used Bespoke for a number of years for my servicing and to install a new radiator more recently. Anthony and Kurtis are great when they come to do the work and Kate is really helpful when you speak to her to make the appointments!

Lovely local business. They have looked after us for some years now. Installed new boiler and regularly serviced same. They make us feel safe. We would never want to use a different company.

My 96 year old Mother has used Bespoke for over 4 years now and can't fault them.
On Saturday there was a problem with the thermostat controller and Anthony made sure he sorted it that day.
He also took the time to check for any airlocks in the radiators, topped up the boiler and made sure that both the central heating and hot water were all working perfectly before he left.
