I have nothing but praise for Bespoke Gas. Kate, in the office, was very efficient and extremely accommodating. Kurtis, who came to fit our hob, spotted damage which had occurred in transit. Both he and Kate were very patient and understanding while I organised a replacement, and arranged a return visit to finish the job. Highly professional, and highly recommended.

We found Bespoke gas for our wall hung boiler replacement through Worchester Bosch fast track and from the very start they were extremely professional. Anthony did a site visit at our home near Romsy Hampshire and took the time to explain all the options and how the work would be completed. His professional manner and expertise gave us confidence in committing to installing a Baxi wall hung boiler with bespoke gas.
Curtis and Anthony completed the install in two days working long days to achieve. They were extremely neat and tidy and respected our home with protective covering everywhere they worked. The plumbing work and controller upgrade were completed to a very high standard. We have been highly impressed by Bespoke gas and would not hesitate to recommend this excellent local business. Anthony did exactly what he promised and we will be continuing to use Bespoke gas in the future. A job well done.

The Service provided by bespoke was beyond all expectations, very professional from the start of the work that was carried out and taking the extra time to explain everything about the old system why it needed renewing and training on the new system installed, clean and tidy working and caring people

Really disappointing experience. Bespoke sent out a plumber to fix a water leak. I don't believe the plumber was directly employed by Bespoke but Bespoke organised him at my request. He fitted parts unnecessarily when they had just been replaced and were working before fixing the real issue. I understand some times things may have issues that I haven't noticed but these were completely unrelated parts to the issue - and new!

It's a shame for Bespoke to receive a low review as previously they have been great but whoever you requested to attend on your behalf (I'm assuming from things he said that he's not directly employed by you) carried out unnecessary work at great cost to me.

Left a voice message requesting our gas boiler service, they called back the same day, very curtious and accommodating wrt service engineer appointment. Engineer arrived on time and completed the cleaning, testing and setting our boiler with no issues or extra costs. Very professional and efficient company, I would highly recommend their services.

Bespoke Gas were a word of mouth recommendation and have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Anthony handled the survey and quotation, providing clear recommendations without being pushy at all. The quote came promptly and was both comprehensive, detailed and clear. Kurtis handled the installation, removing my old boiler and timer then fitting a new Worcester boiler, www programmer, power flushing the system and fitting some new radiator valves. His work was exemplary and carried out in a friendly and neat manner, taking as much time and effort as was needed to complete a large job or work. Support from the office by Kate has always been friendly, efficient and helpful. No hesitation to give a five star review for a five start service. Many thanks.
