We have used Bespoke Gas for a few years now and would highly recommend. Always very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Anthony recently fitted a new boiler for us (Worcester Bosch 15Ri ) shortly after that we then had another problem with something else and he even came out on his day off to fix it! 10/10

A superb service from Bespoke Gas. From initial quote, to coming back later on the day Anthony had completed our boiler installation, so he could explain how the thermostat and boiler worked, to fit in with me being able to get home from work. No question was too much hassle ( I asked many questions!). The house was left clean and tidy, the old boiler taken away, and communication between me and the company was outstanding. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Anthony is knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a lot of advice and information. 5 stars indeed!

Anthony, moved our gas supply and some radiators ahead of a kitchen re-fit. He was friendly, efficient and a very clean worker. He also serviced our boiler to a very high standard. Will always use him in the future

Can't speak highly enough of the friendly and professional standards shown by both the onsite engineer, Anthony, and Kate in the back office.

My gas boiler was serviced pm 12/05/23 but I found in the evening we had no heating or hot water. I left a message with Bespoke and then sent an e mail. Shortly after I received a response from Anthony to visit and inspect the next day. He did in fact arrive and the problem was resolved very quickly. All I can say about Bespoke is great service and certainly a great team!

Very thorough and professional. Checked the boiler inside and out, and all the pipework etc. Identified issues and resolved them. Repaired a radiator whilst he was here at no extra charge. A totally different and much higher level of service compared to any previous company I've had in! Really impressed.

New boiler fitted and all radiators flushed. Work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and very pleased with the new boiler.
Anthony took the time to ensure new pipe work was neat and tidy, went through how the boiler worked with the Wi-Fi controller and left all work areas clean.
Would highly recommend Bespoke Gas.

Brilliant company, who always kept us up to date with any delays or issues. Very knowledgable and have done a fantastic job - removed the old water tank and replaced old boiler, even filled in the hole left by old boiler and replaced the bricks like for like. Would definitely recommend.

Another brilliant job completed. Everyone in the company is most pleasant and helpful - and I look forward to enjoying warmth and hot water with my new boiler. Excellent work.

An altogether easy and pleasant experience. Arrived when expected, respectful of property, knowledgeable and gave great advice. Kate in the office was very helpful booking everything in and answering concerns. Anthony was, as always, a pleasure to see on install day and everything was carried out to his usual high standards of workmanship. I would highly recommend this team for repairs and replacements.
