The Engineer was lovely and very knowledgeable.

Not all heroes wear capes... sometimes they wear a mechanical suit with a fusion arc reactor in their chest, and sometimes they move mountains for a late emergency call-out, repair a boiler pump, and save the day!

Ant is a superstar and when our boiler stopped working (with in-laws inbound for a stayover) he immediately attended and diagnosed the issue, and happened to have a replacement part to fix it there and then. Marvel-lous, we are very grateful - thank you

We had been having ghastly leaky fume problems with our boiler for ages - the boiler is situated in my study. The company which installed it couldn't find any problems with it and didn't seem at all concerned and finally couldn't be bothered to sort out the problem. So we contacted Bespoke Gas and they sent their best engineer out straightaway who examined it thoroughly and told us a part of it had been incorrectly installed plus some of the seals were loose. He spent ages putting it right and now will keep a close eye on things for us - Top Marks to you Cliff and your colleagues at Bespoke Gas.

Had a great experience with Bespoke Gas. What started with an enquiry for plumbing work, led to a competitive boiler service (Anthony) and eventual return visit to execute a move & install of 2 radiators with additional minor scope. Both Kurtis & Anthony, were polite, knowledgeable and organised in their work, with highly professional in their manner and service. I would recommend Bespoke Gas and they are now my go to yearly service provider for my CH system.

Anthony was asked to service our LPG Bolier. He completed the job as requested but noticed issues with a leaking return line pump and a one way valve fitted incorrectly. His knowledge is excellent and he couldn’t be more helpful.

This must be one of the kindest and most caring companies I know. At extremely short notice managed to get an engineer to rescue a bird stuck behind a gas fire. I did consider giving them a one star rating so that people would avoid using them so that they are always there for their existing customers!!

Excellent service. Booked a boiler service with Bespoke Gas. Kept upto date on arrival time via text. Engineer arrived on time, was very polite, took his shoes off at the door and did a great job. Office staff were extremely efficient. Would highly recommend Bespoke Gas.

We are new to Hampshire and had no experience of gas engineers in the area. From recommendations on Facebook we choose Bespoke. They are professional to deal with, received a text stating engineer would with us in 15mins. engineer was a very pleasant, tidy worker. We would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed my Megaflow water heater serviced and 2 small leaks fixed. Having used Bespoke previously I rang them Kate (office manager) was extremely helpful and booked me in. The engineer, Kurtis, arrived, as arranged and on time. An extremely pleasant and professional young man who serviced our boiler and fixed the minor leaks. Very happy to recommend this Company, a pleasant experience from start to finish!

I have been a customer of Bespoke Gas for a few years now and I have always found them to be very reliable. Anthony takes pride in his work and I have complete confidence in his ability.
