Chris was informative from start to finish. Extremely happy with my shutters and the installation which has transformed my rooms. Totally recommend using this company.

Great installation by the guys! Really clear comms and delivery dates. My new hardwood shutters look so fab. Really pleased with them :)

We recently had hardwood window shutters installed, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The installer was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the work. The installer took the time to walk us through our options, offered helpful design suggestions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

The installation itself was smooth and efficient—worked neatly and respectfully in our home, and the shutters look absolutely beautiful. You can tell the installer care about quality and customer satisfaction. We’ve already noticed a difference in both privacy and energy efficiency.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch shutters and great service!

I highly recommend Alan and his team
These days it’s so difficult to find someone who is reliable and honest. From the outset Alan advised us what material would be suitable for our extension and his team were very professional
Very polite and tidied up after themselves each day.
The standard of their workmanship is excellent and more importantly their prices are extremely competitive when comparing with the larger Brands
Today I had a slight problem with one of my blinds and as soon as he received my what’s app message he attended the same day to fix it
avoiding any possible damage to the blinds
An excellent all round Service .

I had several quotes for window shutters for my new home, before I came across Bespoke Window Furnishings.
I was assisted by Lee who was extremely polite, attentive, knowledgeable and confident. He proved me with an amazing price and was by no means giving me the hard sale approach like all the others, so I decided to go ahead.

He kept me updated with the order and came to install them as soon as the order arrived.

He has done an amazing job, which has transformed our family home.
His precision was so on point and was all completed in one day.
He also explained how they function as well as how best to clean them.

Very happy with the overall service and certainly recommend! We've had various window and door dressings fitted and all have been excellent products and fitted exceptionally to the mm. We have required a couple adjustments and one replacement duet blind which had a tiny hole as a result of the manufacturing process. There were no qualms or questionning and these snaggs were remediated within days.
