Haynes Furnishers レビュー

Excellent from start to finish. Competitively priced, really good communication and a wonderful delivery service - bedside tables unpacked for us and packaging then taken away.
Everyone I encountered, from office and sales staff to the delivery guys, were polite, helpful and professional.
Thoroughly recommended.

Great company whose customer service is second to none.

Purchased a GPlan electric recliner leather chair last year and was very impressed with the service we received. Since then we’ve purchased Parker Knoll sofas and footstall and again very happy with them. We were told the approximate wait time for delivery and they came well within.

Will definitely return.

I recently purchased Laura Ashley Garrett nest of tables and I received excellent customer services from Carl and good competitive prices, will definitely buy again.

Fantastic service, highly recommended. Great service and price.

Excellent company to deal with. Great quality products, good value too. Bought a tweed chair to match one I bought from Haynes a while ago, really pleased with it. Quick & professional delivery service too.

All good. I ordered a Laura Ashley Butler table. The price was very good and it arrived within the stated time without any problems.

Purchased a riser recliner which was delivered promptly and set up for us. Excellent price, excellent service and would definitely use this company again. Very happy indeed

Purchased a Shackleton chair and stool and had a great experience from order through to delivery.
This was my first experience with Haynes / FurnitureBrands4U, so called first and was reassured that it's a well established, family-run business with personal, human service!
Have already recommended to family and friends, and will happily return in the future.
Many thanks!

I have just received my absolutely gorgeous Parker Knoll Eastbury Sofa, Snuggler and Leather chair from Haynes furnishers and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I researched carefully what I wanted and found the best price anywhere from this retailer. The sales staff were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. The delivery team were punctual and helpful and fitted the furniture just to my requirements. Clearly I was a little apprehensive spending the best part of £5000 on the internet but I shouldn't have worried. A very trustworthy, professional retailer. Excellent.

Good price, free delivery and nice people to deal with. Delivery guys were excellent.

I recently purchased a Fama Lenny Chair from Haynes Furnishers, and the experience was outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. A special mention to Steve Smith and Carl Oakton, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The delivery team also went out of their way to unpack the chair, assemble it, and make sure I was completely happy before leaving. Every detail was handled with care, and communication was clear and timely, making the purchase completely stress-free. The chair arrived in perfect condition and exceeded expectations in quality and comfort. Haynes Furnishers combines excellent products with first-class service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.

Great service, nice people

Bought a Laura Ashley tv unit online. Great service. Delivered professionally.

I bought a showroom sample sofa. The team were great to deal with from first enquiry through to delivery and the sofa itself is wonderful. Highly recommended

Ordered 3 seater and chair , could not fault them on ordering, updating of delivery, the contact on the delivery day and could not be matched on price. Can thoroughly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Third time we have purchased sofa from Haynes and good experience on each occasion. Keen prices, great customer service, professional and careful delivery (despite the dimensional challenges of the doors v sofa we presented to the guys!)

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I found the item I wanted at a much lower price than anywhere else so was concerned it might be poor quality. Couldn’t have been more wrong as it’s perfect. Add to that the order was confirmed immediately, I got a phone call from an actual person to arrange earlier than quoted delivery and a call on the day to let me know it was half an hour away. Can’t recommend enough.

Great service delivery guys were great setting up the sofa in exactly the place we wanted it
Free 5 year Protection and free delivery
Price was cheaper than any other retailer could offer
Highly recommend 5*

great service, furniture delivered well before estimate

Bought a vintage patchwork 2 seater settee from Haynes furnishers on line. Carl Oakton extremely helpful and delivery went exactly to plan. Two very aimiable delivery chaps. Good price and lovely quality product.
Would highly recommend.
