Nach dem Ganzen Hin und Her wurde das Geld beinahe komplett erstattet.
Danke an Scott aus dem Escalationsteam fÌr den tatkrÀftigen Einsatz!!!

Ich habe erst mal gar nicht wissentlich diesen Vertrag abgeschlossen. Dann hab ich ihn gekÌndigt, nachdem Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Hab die BestÀtigung der KÌndigung bekommen. Komme in den Shop gar nicht mehr rein obwohl da fast 300 Stutz drin sind die sie abgebucht haben. Und nach genau 14 Tagen steht schon wieder eine Abbuchung von meinem Konto drin. Hab mich jetzt noch mal gemeldet, mich beschwert und noch mal die BestÀtigung der KÌndigung bekommen. Geld scheint allerdings weg zu sein.
Find ich absolut nicht lustig!!!

Jetzt habe ich schon wieder eine Mail bekommen das die nÀchste Aufladung ansteht. Die KÌndigungsbestÀtigung habe ich auch vorliegen.

Ich möchte bitte das bereits abgebuchte Geld komplett zurÌckÌberwiesen bekommen und keine weiteren Abbuchungen mehr!

This company is a scam, positive reviews are blackmailed out of customers

I was forced to put a 4-5 star review by the company in order to cancel my subscription and get a refund, after being fraudulently signed up for their loyalty programme (long story short, I never made an account myself, don't know how they got my details, didn't know they existed until money started coming out of my account) I will paste the email they have sent me below. This company is a scam, it is absolutely disgusting. I have edited my review from a 4 star to a 1 star once I received confirmation that my account has been cancelled and a refund has been put in place. This is about 4 months AFTER my original call with them where they confirmed they would cancel my account.

"Help me close your case today. If we do not proceed with closing it, your account will still be active and continue to get debited. It is important to treat this with utmost urgency.

Simply follow the instructions outlined and send us the screenshot so I delete your account immediately.

If you do not follow the instructions as stated, I wouldn't be able to cancel your account or issue the refund.

Adding the review only shows proof of feedback after handling your case.

After submitting the review, send a screenshot so it's easier to locate it.

Nun da Ihr mein Konto kennt und ich das Geld zurÃŒck bekomme, dann kann ich nur gutes melden und auch eine neue Bewertung geben Gruss Heinz

Ob wohl ich kein Interesse an Bestlook habe und dies schon angekÌndigt habe und auch gekÌndigt habe! Dies wurde mir auch bestÀtigt, sie wÌrden mir ein E-Mail zusenden, welches nie ankam! Jedoch ich musste meine Kredit Karte fÌrs Internet sperren, da mir ein zweites Mal 49.30 Euro vom meinem Konto abgezogen wurde!?!! Und das Geld Ìber 100 Euro kann ich wohl abschreiben!! Werde jedoch Sikx einschaltet und so versuchen mein Geld zurÌck zu bekommen, jedoch viel anstÀdiger wÀre es wenn der Verein selber mein Geld zurÌck erstatten wÌrde!
