Every time I tried to spend the money that was in my account, by placing an order, it was promptly cancelled. I have not been able to spend my money that this company has belonging me, and it was a large amount too.
On two occasions they refunded two payments due to no orders being processed.
The way this company operates is complex and complicated and the customer advisers don't help.
The website is the poorest I have seen and I now believe its a scam.
Please be careful on your first order that you sign up for money to be taken from your account. I fell into this trap.
I have been emailed and asked to put a good review on trustpilot and my money will be returned. Bribery. I can't do that when my experiences have been awful. Please avoid this company and website - bestlook.store

I had a complaint in regards of membership fees and i requested to cancel so they were very helpful and solve my issue fast

J'ai été débité de 2euros pour un "abonnement" puis ai reçu un mail confirmant son annulation. Mais le versement à été fait quand même.

Ich habe mich weder wissentlich im Store angemeldet noch etwas bestellt oder gekauft. Trotzdem wird monatlich Geld vom Konto abgebucht und ich finde nichts zum abmelden. Das ist in meinen Augen Betrug. Habe auch schon eine Mail verschickt und keine Antwort bekommen.

Ich habe ein Angebot zur Rückerstattung bekommen. Sollte das tatsächlich passieren werde ich gerne die Bewertung zum positiven ändern denn das wäre ein Lob wert.

After having had a very bad experience with Bestlook, I'm receiving now- 1 year later - an email promising a Cash back if I will change my opinion and increase review to 4-5. Seriously????? I would like to decrease it, if possible

At first I was so frustrated and angry, with myself and with the company. However, today at 10.40am I received a call from Angeline and my day was made. She was calm, professional and listened to me. This made me feel valued. She decided to refund me and I feel like the sun came out. What a great customer service agent. Thank you Angeline.

I was signed up to this company automatically through I think TikTok, I never actively searched for it and signed up myself. I didn't even have a password for the "account" that was created for me.
There is no option to cancel your account on the website, just "skip the month" which is a disgusting and predatory practice in itself, because god forbid you forget to skip the month, or like me you don't even know you have an account, and you get charged money automatically.
Using the chat is a pain, there is a clear time delay in the messages, I was kicked from the chat after 6 minutes of "inactivity" while waiting for a response from a representative, but no response came while I was still in the chat. The response of the rep was only visible after the chat ended. In the chat I was told my account has been cancelled, but it could take time for the changes to be seen, but my account was still due to be charged within a couple of days, so I still had to skip the month for god knows what reason.
My account was never cancelled, I received a call from a number my phone thought was spam, so do what you want with that info, and turns out it was the company calling me. From this call I found out that my account is in fact NOT cancelled.
Grace (the lady that called me) was nice and helpful and had cancelled the account for me.
Hopefully this cancellation sticks unlike the last one.
I was however very strongly urged to leave a review whilst on the phone with her, and explaining that I couldn't do so that very minute as I've already taken a phone call at work which I shouldn't have, it took a couple of tries to convince her to let me go.

All in all, terrible experience, definitely a scam website. Never trust a website that takes money from you monthly for in-store credits, you can't get the money refunded, not easily at least, they're just trying to force you to spend money monthly with them, and although I never checked out or purchased directly through them, I would bet that if you brought only enough items to cover the total of your credits, the site won't let you check out unless you plan on spending at least £10 more, as seems to be common practice with scammy sites like this.
Would give 0/10 if it was possible.

Nach einigen Missverständnissen möchte ich meine Aussage korrigieren. Das Unternehmen verdient doch tatsächlich volle Punktzahl. Sie sind bemüht vorhandene Probleme zügig und sachlich zu klären.

Scam. Signs you up for a membership you can't cancel before payments are taken!

Je venais d'acheter chez Leclerc et 10mins après j'ai reçu une pub alléchante que j'ai commandé (2€) - Je croyais me trouver sur le site de Leclerc mais j'etais sur bestlook.store à mon insu.... 3 jours plus tard j'ai été débité de 36€ supplémentaire. J'ai fait valoir mes droits de rétractation "règlementation UE" dans les délais, sans effet : Une réponse bateau et pas de réponse à ma deuxième demande.
Je déconseille fortement d'avoir affaire avec cette société.
En decembre 2023 j'ai été contacté par bestlook.store pour me proposer un remboursement (signe positif). Dès réception, je mettrai à jour ce poste pour supprimer la mention "Truants"
Le 05/02/2024 je n'ai pas reçu le remboursement promis. Je remets ma note d'origine
