Better Batt where a pleasure to dealt with. Elcana was responsive with communication, extremely helpful and professional at all times. Better Batt managed a return and refund for me promptly and made the transaction seamless. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Even though it took a while to deliver the battery I needed (it was for an old device, so I'm pretty happy they had it at all), Better Batt communicated with me on the progress of the order every step of the way. This is fantastic customer service, and they'll certainly have my business in the future.

I have no hesitation recommending Better Batt for anyone, especially if you're looking for something that is hard to find!

I ordered a battery from this company that said on the description page "ready for immediate dispatch" Nothing else. It was only later that it said it could take up to 30 days. So be warned. Ready for immediate dispatch does not mean dispatch from an Australian location, where one could expect to receive it in a few days. Apparently ready for immediate dispatch means leaving from anywhere in the World. But in all likelihood China. that promised 30 days morphed into 40 days, which morphed in 50 days, which morphed in 60 days. And finally close to 70 days. In all that time they never bothered to contact me to explain the expected delay. In all that time they were still advertising that particular battery on their store with the "within 30 days" speil. I had to contact them after 45 days to get tracking details only to be told that it still wasn't in Australia and just to be patient. At no point did they bother to contact me. This battery was for a business application so for almost 70 days from placing the order until the eventual arrival of that battery I had to do without that particular piece of equipment. If their website had been honest, or they had have sent me a message once I initially ordered the battery advising that there would be greater than two month delay in getting it, or if they had shown on their website that the battery was unavailable, I would have sourced the battery elsewhere. But instead they just kept that information to themselves and kept me in the dark regarding the unacceptable delay. Very shoddy business

I originally ordered the wrong battery, Shine from customer support was brilliant, found right battery sent that, fits and works, organised a free return and full refund. Could not provide better service, thanks Shine and Better Batt.

Shipping from China and takes 30+ days. In stock is not in Australia. Misleading - cancelled my order after waiting for 10 days for dispatch.

My issue wasn't with Better Batteries, as such, but more a courier issue with delayed delivery and zero contact from the courier.
Once Better Batteries was made aware of the problem, they took a day to conduct their own investigation of the issue, then resolved the issue professionally and promptly. I'm 100% satisfied that Better Batteries did all they could to assist and rectify problem. Will definitely be using them again in future

Great customer service and great product

They checked that I was aware of the wait for this item (I was), and gave progress reports. They had previously been helpful in selecting the right battery for the old model I have, so all in all it was a good experience. I am a returning customer, having had previous dealings with them.

We had a Tineco Vac Mop which required a new battery. BB put the battery on back order and kept continuing communications with me. Gave me a shipping advice and continued to follow up how I was preceding with the battery install.
Service and communication was 10/10.

Better Batt gives great customer support: speedy, friendly replies to emails (and this was between Christmas and New Year); and the product(s) are very good quality as far as I can tell. The battery I ordered just before Christmas arrived quickly, fits my laptop perfectly, and is working well.
