I've been going here for over a year, even taking my son because it's easier for me than seeing my PCP. However, Shaquaysha at the front desk is extremely rude! She even got an attitude and said, "Somebody in a bad mood today," when I couldn't understand her mumbled question underneath her mask and fluid in my ears. Then when I started talking she WALKED AWAY while I was speaking directly to her! When they took my vitals my heart rate was high simply because of how much Shaquaysha was rude! Thankfully this incident happened before I started using BetterMed for our company’s occupational health. There are plenty of other places to go without being treated like that. I will not be going back, ever.

I went to BetterMed for Covid testing required for international travel: The Covid testing and the report were fine. However, they also charged for some sort of "examination" - which meant there was an unexpected co-pay. All I needed was the Covid test, and the only "examination" they did was check blood pressure and temperature and listen to my lungs (which were completely unnecessary, but which I assumed were part of the Covid testing process). All I needed was the Covid test, so there was no need for anything else and if they were going to charge for an "examination" they should have let me know that ahead of time. It is a "scheme" to get more from the insurance company and the customer, and I would recommend going elsewhere for Covid testing - somewhere that does not "pad" their services. Other places do not charge anything for Covid testing beyond what insurance will cover.

I scheduled online a same day COVID PCR test for my daughter, was in the office for 10 minutes, and had the results that evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was so impressed and appreciative!

Very professional and efficient. I came in for a Covid test for international travel and was out in 20 minutes.

quick, efficient, friendly

Normally, I give you 5 stars because you're awesome but this last visit, my scripts were messed up. They had to be sent to another pharmacy because mine was closed for a holiday. When I got there, there was only one med and I didn't realize it until I got home. I called Better Med a half dozen times before I could get someone on the phone only to have the script sent to my closed regular pharmacy...which I didn't find out about until I got to the 24 hour pharmacy. I had to pay full price with a small discount but I got the medication.

The ability to make an appointment made the process quite speedy. All of the personnel, from reception to Nurses very friendly and professional. Very happy with the treatment, and if I ever have need of an urgent care facility again I will definitely go here!

I found the provider and the whole experience to be wonderful, attentive, and understanding to my needs.

I went to Better Med for a covid test and had a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like was that the PA wasn’t very informative. He didn’t give me any advice or recommendations but only asked if I had questions. I did end up having Covid and when he called with results it was the same thing. I know that I can ask questions which I did, but I would think that the medical professional would give me a run down of what to expect, how to treat myself at home, when to seek medical attention etc. Besides that, whenever I go it’s always a smooth check in and I’m never there long. Staff very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at better med urgent care. I arrived close to closing so there was no one there. I was able to get right in and be seen and everyone was really nice and sympathetic and empathetic and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely use your services again. Keep up the great work!

When it started with them not taking my vitals I knew it was not going to be a good experience. Received a misdiagnosis and was forced to get a second opinion costing me even more money.

I will not return.
