Easy appointment on-line for COVID-19 test. to travel on airline. Results back that day as scheduled. PDF format for download to receive attestation form was quick.

The nurse was very patient and friendly. The physician assistant thoroughly explained what he observed and help me understand what causes temperatures and how the body fights off bacteria. Could not have been more impressed with the physician assistant.

Easy and quick Covid test
I had to get a rapid Covid test and they made it very easy. The doctor did a good job of explaining how valid my results were given the time from my initial exposure.

Easy and friendly
I definitely recommend Bettermed. It's easy to get an appointment, there's essentially no waiting when you arrive, and the doctors are friendly and explain everything carefully. I had to go several times over the course of a few weeks and the doctor remembered me and adjusted his recommendations because he knew my background.

We had a fantastic experience here
We had a fantastic experience here. The staff was so professional, courteous and kind to my 98 year old mom who suffered a bad gash on her leg. This was my first experience with a “doc in the box” and it was so much better than an ER!
