Leider keine Verbindung auf Mauritius. Ich hoffe in Sri Lanka, Malaysia und Singapur funktioniert es.

UPDATE:
Auf Sri Lanka hatte man zwar Verbindung, aber es baute sich keine Seite auf.
In Malaysia und Singapur war die Verbindung und die Geschwindigkeit okay.
Insgesamt also teilweise durchwachsen, wobei die Probleme von der help line umgehend aufgenommen, aber nicht gelöst werden konnten

Great for son's watch ... nice, affordable plan for a standalone product like my pre-teen's Apple Watch.

Nice to have but not super reliable

We use this watch for my 10 year old when she’s around the neighborhood with friends. Unfortunately, I’d say it doesn’t receive calls or messages about a third of the time. Sometimes she receives messages hours later. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s connected to our home network or not. Restarting the watch doesn’t help.

An alternative to carrying a phone

This is a very good service for a person who has no cellular phone. Most of the applications— weather, stocks, heart, exercise— work well. In Australia, this is a “best of breed” offering. The pricing is fair.

Great stand-alone Apple Watch plan

Great stand-alone Apple Watch cellular plan for family member. Able to have a cellular watch with its own number without having to add it to an existing mobile phone plan. (But can still manage it through family sharing.) Ideal for parents wanting child or young adult to have a cellular Apple Watch.

Funktioniert einfach nicht

Funktioniert einfach nicht. Datenplan für Mauritius ist nicht nutzbar. Support meldet sich nicht. Meidet BetterRoaming. Extrem schlechter Service. Man zahlt und bekommt keine Leistung.

Service drops out often

My daughter’s service is always dropping out. We can’t seem to contact her at key times using either the data or the mobile phone number. Suspect it’s because of the Vodafone network being substandard

À fuir !!! Je me retrouve à avoir été prélevée de 78€ alors que j’ai demandé une résiliation de mon forfait pour la montre de mon fils depuis des mois . J’ai bien reçu une réponse que mon forfait était clôturer et à ma grande surprise ce matin, vous me prenez 78€ ??? Est-ce normal ?? Et est-ce normal de ne pas pouvoir vous joindre ?? Je engager des poursuites. Car c’est du vole .

No customer service replies

No customer service replies, terrible Data connection. The number no longer makes or receives calls.
Don't waste your time, and join one of the other main phone companies.

I have been contacted by Astral at BetterRoaming, and she has been excellent.
My overpayments have now been refunded and her service has been excellent.

I cancelled my plan 3 years ago, and they are continuing to bill me.
I regularly contact them, and they tell me it's taken care of, and it happens every time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Kept charging me after I’d cancelled…

Kept charging me after I’d cancelled the service, and when I raised it they would only give me 50% back.

“I tried using BetterRoaming and…

“I tried using BetterRoaming and unfortunately had a really poor experience. They charged me, but the service never actually worked, and I couldn’t find a customer service number to get help. Just a heads-up for anyone else considering it.

Constant reception issues. Call only connect perhaps 5% of the time. No way to contact any form of customer support - you have to lodge an email ticket

Ich wollte für mein Kind auch eine E-SIM auf der Apple Watch einrichten. Nach Befolgung aller Einrichtungsanweisungen passierte nichts, nur das Geld wurde abgebucht, obwohl gerade eine 7-tägige Gratis-Testaktion läuft. Auch in meinem Kabinet wird nichts angezeigt. Mir ist auch nicht klar, wie ich die SIM-Karte abmelde. Ich werde eine Rückerstattung über meine Bank beantragen.

Regarding the 7-day free trial period, we’d like to clarify that the payment for the Apple Watch trial is held as a pre-authorisation on your account. This hold is initiated at the time of plan activation. If the plan is cancelled, the pre-authorised amount is automatically released and typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Extremely disappointed with their…

Extremely disappointed with their service and product. They don't deserve 1 star!! Signed up for one year upfront for my child apple iwatch se and it doesn't even work. My recommendation is not sign up for 1yr, try month by month so you are happy. Look elsewhere
